Today we’re sharing an update on Claude’s protein design capabilities.
Working with Adaptyv Bio and Twist Bioscience, Claude designed de novo protein binders against 14 of 15 targets. With a 30k token prompt written by a human expert, Claude achieved hit rates up to 28.2% when designing against all targets simultaneously over 48 hours, with no human intervention or steering. When designing against a single target in a 24 hour campaign, Claude achieved an overall hit rate of 35%.
We included all targets in Adaptyv’s BenchBB, and novel targets 15-PGDH and GDF-8. Claude performs at or beyond the level of the top competition participants in both hit rate and binding affinity.

So many amazing companies here but also such a spread. Simply Apple is amazing in hardware.
And many companies on the list are utility products. So quite surprised that we don’t see more holistic tastefulness.

Yes, I did fill-up 70$ buck to test it out. Yes, I started with 5 buck and ended-up.. refilling. I even pulled a charizard 13 PSA 10, valuled at 300usd on a free bronze pack they gaved me after ripping hundreds of penny pack.
I paid tiktok ads 20cad on 1 post I had seem some traction, or not. IT was at 600view with 5-6likes and 2 profile visits. This is for a simple iOS app, targeting parent, mainly mothers. IT ended-up at 10k view, in 1 day, + 60likes & 3 new followers 🙃 Any thoughts?
