Building an ecosystem has never been about hosting the biggest event or offering the biggest prize. The real work happens long before the headlines when you introduce new people to a technology, give them the knowledge to understand it, and create opportunities for them to actually build with it. That seems to be the story @VN_Stellar has been writing. Over time, Stellar Vietnam has continued working to grow Stellar's presence in Vietnam by bringing together students, developers, communities and opportunities. This year, however, some of those efforts are beginning to paint a much bigger picture. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 was the collaboration between Stellar Vietnam, Rise In and VKU to bring Stellar into an official university curriculum. Instead of waiting for students to randomly discover blockchain after graduation, they now have a structured pathway to learn about the technology, understand its potential and begin building while still in school. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. People need opportunities to put what they've learned into practice. They need communities to connect with, problems to solve and platforms where their ideas can be tested. That's where the Stellar APAC Hackathon becomes another important piece of the story. The hackathon brought together Vietnamese developers and innovators, resulting in 70+ projects and multiple winners. More importantly, it gave builders an opportunity to move beyond theory, explore real world use cases and turn their ideas into something tangible. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. Within just three months, Stellar Vietnam helped 11 Vietnamese teams secure a combined $75,000 in opportunities. When you look at these achievements individually, they're impressive. But when you connect them, you begin to see something bigger. Students are introduced to Stellar. They gain the skills to build. They become part of a growing community. They get opportunities to develop their ideas. And the strongest teams can continue their journey beyond their first project. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 → 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 → 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 → 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 → 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 That is what makes the Stellar Vietnam ecosystem interesting to me. The university partnerships, hackathons and funding opportunities are important, but they aren't isolated achievements. They're pieces of a larger foundation that could create a continuous pathway for the next generation of Vietnamese builders. Of course, the real measure of success will be what happens next how many students continue building, how many projects develop into real products and how many builders remain part of the ecosystem. But looking at what Stellar Vietnam has accomplished so far this year, it's clear that something is taking shape. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. It's creating pathways for people to enter the ecosystem and, more importantly, giving them reasons and opportunities to stay. That's the part of the Stellar Vietnam story I'll be watching closely. @VN_Stellar
