I do like implant but if that means I had to deal with the other bullshit in his kit then I'm glad its gone
I dont think it'd be fun at all to deal with a killer that, while forced to run and has negative stam, can snowball by its stam regain through abilities
I feel like people should start developing a 3 ~ 7 day before final thoughts habit when it comes to balance changes because mind you Hyper has been in a mixed state for 3 whole years now so I'd gladly test any change whether good or bad at first glance
This is one of Hyper's problems at all, yes you are a sniper, yes it is difficult, you are supposed to adapt to being dived, however, a great Hyper requires 2 divers in order to be fully dealt with, making him a nightmare in pubs due to its nature, where theres a lack of teamwork

While at first glance it does feel weird that the sniper of all things gets damage falloff, this is to explicitly negate Hypers benefitting from how shitty maps are currently, as hes able to utilize wide distances at its extreme
Now time for the ult, why in the world would it not have a visual indicator at all? Lets take Sniper TF2 for example, where he still dominates even if he has a dot visual, but the thing is, its only a dot, and as such is a really strong character for how small it is
