Over the last few months, I started to invest in AI much more seriously. Not playing around, but in real work: Angular code, my courses, my workflow.
Honest summary: the tooling was the easiest part...

Because everything I learned is about me. My prompts, my setup, my rules files. It doesn't transfer to other people.
Put 5 devs into one repo, each with their own way of using AI, and you don't get 5x. You get 5 code styles and no idea if delivery has become faster.
