With our new proposal, the SEC is taking the most historic step yet to modernize federal securities regulations for crypto assets.
As the Crypto Capital of the World, the U.S. must and will lead. Regulation Crypto Assets will ensure that we do. 🇺🇸

2018 is the warning: compression before final capitulation
Today BTC is at $64k, 46% below its Aug ’25 compression level.
This coil formed after the reset, not after the run.
If $BTC releases higher, $ETH is where the move gets amplified.
Special thanks to @SeanMFarrell for putting the data behind this setup.
The financial news cycle has been chips, ai, ai, ai ai for almost 2 years now. I'm starting to see blockchain, tokenization, prediction markets, perps, 24/7, defi get mentioned way more frequently. 2027 could be our year to prove it.
I like where I am positioned for the next news cycle.

🚨 ETHEREUM ACTIVE ADDRESSES JUST HIT A 5 MONTH HIGH
Ethereum recorded 989,500 active addresses in a single day, the highest level since March, according to Santiment.
Network activity is accelerating while Ethereum adoption continues expanding across stablecoins, tokenization and Layer 2s.
Nearly 1 million active addresses in 24 hours.
Ethereum is getting busier.

The exact reason why gold is heading over 10000 in the coming years.
THIS IS INSANE
There is now a 35% chance that US national debt will hit $50 trillion by 2028, before the end of Trump’s current term.
If that happens, Trump will be solely responsible for adding approximately 43% of the total US debt across his two terms.

GLOBAL ECONOMY EXPLAINED:
Japanese holders own $1.14 TRILLION of America’s paper.
America is now buying Japan’s paper.
America is buying Japan’s paper by SELLING European paper.
Japan is simultaneously spending tens of billions buying its own paper.
Japan has already spent more than $100 BILLION defending its paper this year.
And one reason America wants to help defend Japan’s paper?
Because Japan may otherwise have to SELL America’s paper to defend Japan’s paper.
Which could push up the yield America has to pay on its paper.
PAPER BACKING PAPER BACKED BY PAPER TO PROTECT PAPER.
AND THIS IS HOW WE LIFT THE LIVING STANDARDS OF EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD ON EARTH 🤡

I believe it will follow in Gold/Silver's footsteps and head higher.

Delayed again. September. Then it'll be November. Then "next session."
Meanwhile:
Satoshi didn't ask for permission. Vitalik didn't wait for a committee vote.
Builders shipped. Degens aped. Devs got arrested for writing code.
17 years of Bitcoin. 11 years of Ethereum. $4 trillion in value created. DeFi. NFTs. DAOs. L2s. An entire parallel financial system - built while Congress debated who gets to regulate it.
The Clarity Act isn't clarity.
It's politicians racing to put their name on something they couldn't stop, couldn't understand, and damn sure didn't build.
Crypto never needed Washington.
Washington needs crypto to stay relevant.

“Since Bitmine pivoted to an Ethereum Treasury strategy on June 30 of last year, sizable outperformance of ethereum:native vs $QQQ (monthly) has typically been followed by Bitmine’s shares outperforming ETH over the following month. Hence, Bitmine repurchased 4.5 million shares of common stock in the past week, as Bitmine’s management team continues to view Bitmine shares as attractively valued,” continued Lee @BitMNR @fundstrat .
For years I've written that the entire economy is heading on-chain, and that the smart contract networks are the only rails it can possibly run on.
Here's the thing people still haven't understood. Billions of AI agents are about to come online, and they're going to transact constantly... paying each other for compute, data, services, at a scale and speed no human market has ever seen.
The existing financial system physically cannot carry them. It’s too slow.
And it looks like institutions are catching on. Just last week:
Franklin Templeton called AI agents the “use case that finally drives blockchain adoption”
Coinbase's agent-payment rails got adopted by Google and Amazon.
Samsung put stablecoins in the Galaxy wallet.
David Solomon went against the rest of Wall Street to back the Clarity Act.
And this is just one week.
The rails are being laid, the machine economy is coming to run on them, and most people are still whinging over the daily price movements.
We're about to onboard billions of agents onto a financial system that didn't exist twenty years ago.
This is fucking wild.

The midterms are coming, and the crypto voters are watching.
With 100 days until the Midterm Elections, millions of crypto owners are watching their lawmakers closely for their support of the industry.
It will be top of mind for these voters at the ballot box in November.
• Nearly 8-in-10 crypto owners say they're "almost certain" to vote
• Nearly 70% say a candidate's crypto stance will factor into their vote
• 73% are paying close attention to which crypto policies lawmakers support
• 59% don't consistently vote for one party.
Crypto voters are watching; lawmakers should know.

Proving You’re Human
@maxkolysh
A finance worker recently wired $25 million after joining a video call with his CFO and colleagues. Every other person on the call was a deepfake.
As voice and video become easier to fake, the internet needs a new trust layer: a private, reliable way to verify that there is a real human behind a call, message, review, or transaction.
