I think of @loveholidays are privy to information about a resort that nobody else has, perhaps they might think of sharing it on their website. They *are* a #travelagent aren't they? #CustomerService #CustomerExperience #badcompany
I notice the property is still being advertised on the @loveholidays site as having a pool. A pool was one of the essential criteria when we booked, so there must be grounds for some sort of #compensation as they are knowingly selling something that is not as described.
