The great Sall Grover talking to Pat Kenny on Ireland’s Newstalk about the unreality of transgender ideology and its coercive effects on women’s rights and free speech. Tickle vs Giggle is the most extraordinary legal judgement in Australian history. And it could only have happened because the Sex Discrimination Act was amended to include the invented concept of gender. @paddyjogorman @salltweets @john_mcguirk @sarahcatryan @griptmedia @Ben_Scallan @HJoyceGender @Glinner
I was on Ireland’s @NewstalkFM “Everyone can have whatever view they want, no one should be forced to agree with me. I’d just put it to everyone that what I’m actually saying is a view based in reality & on facts… Live your life how you want to do it but living your life how you see fit cannot take away peoples existing rights.”

This was my first published article. I stand by every word. Am Yisrael Chai — עַם יִשְׂרָאֵל חַי In Defence of Israel. Gough Whitlam coined a memorable political phrase when he said, “only the impotent are pure”. It’s memorable because it’s so obviously true. And it tells us something intrinsic about the human condition and in particular about politics. If you’re involved in politics, your hands will get dirty, no matter how noble your intentions or how perfect your democracy. Which brings me to Israel. How can people expect a democratic country, which is surrounded by millions of people who want to kill the Jews, to always behave perfectly when the alternative to defending themselves is extermination? There is no second chance for the Israelis. It’s survive or die. Context is all in this situation. If Israel was nestled somewhere in the middle of the European Union, different standards would apply. As it is, its neighbours are Hezbollah, ISIS, Fatah and Hamas. And every country surrounding Israel has attacked Israel directly or allowed proxies to attack from their territory. Living constantly on an existential knife-edge means mistakes are bound to happen. What country can always behave perfectly under these circumstances? What human being can remain absolutely pure under these circumstances? And what moral person expects perfection from a democratic country under these circumstances? The Israelis are acutely aware of how their fragile political situation compromises their morality. The Israeli media is replete with articles outlining in minute detail the often-terrible price that Israel pays ethically in defending itself. The Israelis parse every action they take, and there are as many opinions about the ethics and morality of Israeli defence policy as there are Israelis. It’s a never-ending conversation in Israel. In contrast, morality and ethics are not conversations in the countries surrounding Israel, or in the Palestinian Territories. There the usual conversations are invocations to hatred and murder. Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Syria and the Palestinian Territories are ruled by criminal gangs who do not allow their people a democratic vote or the simple right to free speech. They are criminal regimes because they teach their children that the noblest action is to kill Jews – not Israelis, I stress, but Jews. In other words, death to the Jews is at the heart of their worldview. To put this in perspective, intentionally harming others is the definition of criminality. This is the case throughout most of the Muslim world, where democracy doesn’t exist and murderous anti-Semitism is the norm. The extraordinary situation, then, and one that should be widely understood and publicised, is that the Israelis do not routinely behave like barbarians, which is an achievement considering the absolutely appalling intentions the surrounding populations have towards Israel. It’s hard to be decent all the time in the face of never-ending indecency. So, by all means, criticise Israeli actions, that’s one of the vital strengths of a democracy. But remember the Israelis are already doing a better job of criticising Israel than anyone else, and they’re doing it in full cognisance of the fact that their neighbours want to kill them. The great Thomas Sowell has a simple question when confronted with the ethics of an economic or political situation: in comparison to what? The Israelis are paragons of virtue when contrasted with their neighbours. Nobody, even at his or her best, is pure in intent and perfect in deed when under existential threat. It’s impossible because human beings make mistakes. Impotence is not morality. The disgrace is that a democratic country that wants to be left in peace is demonised when it defends itself. Here is @DecMansfield's latest on the alborithm!
The 'Alborithm' doesn't work. 🫣 I know ... you're shocked. The Free Speech Union of Australia have created an online tool where you can 'preview' Labor's new age of censorship. ... and the results of what might be banned are hilarious, ridiculous, and overwhelmingly depressing. Five days ago, @DanielJHannan posted a video on X of Dolly Parton playing a cover of Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’. As of today, seven million people have read the post or watched the video.  I made (on impulse) the following comment: ‘She recorded Stairway to Heaven twice, in 2002 and 2023. Her husband was a Led Zeppelin fan.’ Over 33,000 people viewed my comment, which surprised me, because, I’m doing really good if I get a couple of thousand views on a post.  Anyway, why am I telling you this? Three days later, I posted a mildly humorous haiku, which I had entered in a library poetry competition. It was a complete piss-take on my part. i have a penis which means I’m not a woman it’s simple really I wrote the haiku in about two minutes. I linked the post to nine people (including @jk_rowling and two organisations.  It’s been viewed 160 times. At exactly the same moment, the number of people viewing my comment on the Dolly Parton video flatlined.  Either X is censoring people or there’s an activist within the organisation. There may be another explanation, but I don’t know what it is.  @elonmusk @X

‘A regulator that pre-frames its opponents in political language is no longer open to criticism on the merits. These cases do not occur in isolation. They occur against the backdrop of documented capture. When a national regulator embeds advocacy groups that promote the model under scientific challenge, pays them for validation and designs standards to produce more of that model, the enforcement actions against dissenters look less like neutral risk assessment and more like predetermined alignment.  A regulatory body whose core statutory purpose is to protect the public by setting and enforcing independent professional standards cannot simultaneously function as an instrument of contested ideology.’

The news of Jason Arday’s death is unfathomably sad.  But it is also the endpoint of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which is essentially institutional lying.  Telling small lies at an individual level, face to face, is a necessary evil — social life would implode if we were all absolutely truthful to each other.  Imposing an ideology on society, based on wholesale dishonesty, like DEI, though, is never acceptable.
BREAKING: Jason Arday, the former University of Cambridge professor, has been found dead at an address in Battersea, according to reports. A spokesperson for the Metropolitcan Police said the 41-year-old's death is not being treated as suspicious. “Sadly, a 41-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. His next-of-kin have been informed and are being supported by officers," he said. “At this time his death is being treated as unexpected, but is not believed to be suspicious. "The case is being investigated by officers from the Met’s Central South Command Unit. A file will be prepared for the coroner.” More follows...

One of the more extraordinary things, among many, that has happened since my case against the City of Armadale became first a possibility and then an actual legal suit, was the Office of the Information Commissioner saying that, yes, there were documents withheld in the original Freedom of Information release from the CoA that would be favourable to my case, but they would not be released because, if they were, they would inhibit staff going to management to talk about other staff. (This is a paraphrase, but it describes the crux of the OoIC's reasoning.) Think about what is happening here. We have evidence that could help your case, but we're not going to make it public because it may deter staff talking to management due to the possibility it might paint your accusers in a bad light. Or, Jack murdered Jill, but Mary said she witnessed the crime and Jack didn't do it. Mary was lying, but it may deter future witnesses talking if Mary's lies become public. One aspect of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Critical Theory, gender ideology, postmodernism, (especially Queer Theory), intersectional feminism and wokeness in general that is rarely talked about is its weaponisation of identity in law as a shield against truth, justice and reality. You can lie about someone to cause maximum harm, and our captured institutions, including the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Office of the Information Commissioner, will use spurious reasoning to defend the liars (the EOC said that some of our evidence was out of time and not admissible even though the City of Armadale's Freedom of Information officer asked if she could release the FoI request in tranches (stages). I said yes to help her, which meant the evidence went out of time) — sneaky, eh? — and all to further an agenda (for example, you can change your sex) that a majority of the population neither believes nor wants. @FSUofAustralia @salltweets @KirralieS @LyleShelton @Jilliantweeting @PaulineHansonOz @AlboMP @AngusTaylorMP @BasilZempilas

I refused to do Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training in the City of Armadale because I believe it is corrosive of truth, justice, fairness and equality. Cambridge University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, the alma mater of Charles Darwin, Ludwig Wittgenstein, John Milton and Isaac Newton, is currently imploding because of its adherence to the intellectual and moral poison of DEI. Everything this ideology touches turns to dust. @FSUofAustralia @peterboghossian @jordanbpeterson @Dittloff4Sense @Elagabalus39811 @BoozeAndFagz @jk_rowling

I don’t usually attend demonstrations, rallies etc., but I thought this one was important.
“Restore Women’s Rights” outreach event at Yagan Square in Perth, held in solidarity with Sall Grover's Adelaide rally. The Adelaide event, titled “Rally to Fix the Sex Discrimination Act”, took place on 25 July 2026 at Parliament House and featured special guest Sall Grover. It called to “Protect Women,” “Protect Girls,” and “Restore Sex-Based Rights.” Speakers at the Perth event highlighted that women’s rights are under attack and stressed the urgent need to fix the Sex Discrimination Act. They argued that changes to the legislation have led to the erosion of sex-based rights, particularly in areas such as single-sex spaces, women’s sport, prisons, and public facilities. The event featured a series of speeches followed by conversations with members of the public, with organisers encouraging attendees to learn more about the cases involving @salltweets Sall Grover, @KirralieS Binary, Dr Jillian Spencer @Jilliantweeting and Jasmine Sussex. The gathering featured a speech from former WA upper house MLC @SophiaMoermond , it aimed to raise awareness about the impact of current laws on women and girls and called for legislative reform to restore biological sex as the foundation of women’s rights. also on facebook facebook.com/share/v/199Btyt… If you like this type of reporting PLEASE SUPPORT INDEPENDENT MEDIA consider a small donation at ko-fi.com/maxfreedom TAKE ACTION: We can’t wait two years for an election. These Brandon Gill clips are revealing because no one can defend their own DEI logic. They know that their ideas are so absurd that they cannot stand public scrutiny. They are completely embarrassed by it, but will stubbornly commit to DEI nevertheless.
The American Bar Association claims on their website that all of us have "implicit biases." I asked their President what groups she has implicit biases against and if she'd like to reflect on them.

I posted the following reply to a Gript story on X (link below) about a book widely available in Irish libraries. We had a copy of this book in Armadale Library. The Junior Non Fiction and the Young Adult Non Fiction are mixed in Armadale Library (or were when I worked there), so children ages 0 — 15 can access this book. Parents who expect that the different sections of the library are age appropriate for their children would have no idea what their child could take off the Junior Non Fiction shelf. The library service in Western Australia (and I imagine throughout Australia), changed the onus of responsibility from the library classifying books by age to parents being responsible for what their children read, which has traditionally not been the way libraries are organised. The section below is from an article I wrote about the book. I don’t care what adults do or read, but a seven or eight year old girl or boy does not need to know about a ‘glory hole’ or ‘scat’. 'The book, for example, contains explanations of "rimming" — licking a person's anus; "scat" —eating faeces; "douching" —washing out your anus before sex; "golden showers" — urinating on someone; a "glory hole" — a hole in a wall, usually in public, where a man "pokes" his penis and where — the author does not mention this — fellatio is performed by an unknown man or woman; "bottom/passive-top/active" — the partner who received or gives during gay sex?’ spectator.com.au/2023/02/que… Interestingly, a book, which on Friday, was available to order or view on Galway Library’s internet page, now has the following message: ‘Session must be logged in to display this page’. The classifications for this book yesterday were different throughout the library service in Ireland, from Junior Non Fiction through Young Adult/T (for teen) to Adult Non Fiction, just in case there’s a frenzy of reclassifications happening. @TheCountessIE @stellaomalley3 @Glinner @griptmedia @paddyjogorman @HJoyceGender @HeadWarriorTWM @FSUofAustralia xitter.cf/decmansfield/status/20…
