Erika Kirk's new interview reveals that the "shopping spree" she was accused of going on right after Charlie's death was actually a trip a staffer was sent on to buy clothes not only for her, but also for others who traveled unprepared, including one woman who'd vomited on herself in distress over the tragedy.
May God have mercy on the internet vultures who mercilessly flocked to multiply the sorrows that Erika and the rest of Charlie's loved ones faced in their worst moments of grief.

If you believe there was no investigation into the Lindsay Clancy case, congratulations: you’ve somehow managed to follow an entire murder trial without absorbing a damn thing.
And no, I’m not talking about Reddington.
I’m talking about the people who insist Lindsay didn’t kill her children and whose entire investigative theory is basically:
“Patrick said this.”
“Patrick told police that.”
“Patrick was acting weird.”
That’s it. That’s the case file in their heads.
Apparently detectives just showed up, shrugged, took Patrick’s word for everything, skipped the phones, records, timelines, interviews, medical evidence and everything else, then everybody accidentally wandered into weeks of trial.
You can argue investigators made mistakes. You can question evidence. You can disagree with the prosecution.
But saying Patrick was never investigated or that there was basically no investigation at all is not skepticism.
It’s fan fiction and delusion.

Happy 7th birthday, Dawson. 🤍 We all remember you today.
Lindsay should be throwing her son a 7th birthday party today — cake, presents, pictures, all of it. Dawson wanted to be a firefighter when he grew up. He should have had years ahead of him to dream, change his mind, and become whoever he wanted to be.
Instead, his life ended at three years old, and his mother was the one who killed him.
Dawson should be here.
Thinking of Patrick today too, and sending him prayers on what has to be an incredibly painful day.
Just a reminder that not only did Christa Pike torture and murder Colleen Slemmer, while she was in prison in 2001 she attacked fellow inmate Patricia Jones with a shoestring during a fire evacuation, choked her unconscious, and kept choking even after officers intervened. She was convicted of attempted first-degree murder and got another 25 years. On a recorded call to her mother afterward she said she'd "premeditated the hell out of this" and that 30 more seconds would have finished it.

For those feeling sorry and protesting Christa Pike’s execution tomorrow, this is what she did 30 years ago.
The picture is Christa Pike at 18.
She lured 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer into the woods because she thought the girl was after her boyfriend. She and that boyfriend then tortured her - beating her, cutting her, carving a pentagram into her chest, slashing her throat as Colleen begged for her life - and Christa smashed her head with a rock. Pike kept a piece of Colleen’s skull and showed it off later.
The 17-year-old boyfriend got life. Pike got death. After 30 years, Tennessee is set to carry it out tomorrow. That’s what she did. That’s why she’s on the list.
Justice finally for Colleen Slemmer tomorrow.

"At the end of our time together, I ask Erika how she wants her children to remember her, not their father, whose legacy Erika feels certain she will protect.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Jacksonville FL after a 77-YEAR-OLD man with a BROKEN ANKLE, walking with a CANE, was put in HANDCUFFS at his own warehouse...
...for leaving cat food out for 7 stray cats he's cared for for 16 YEARS since his ONLY SON passed away!!!
The charge? "Feeding raccoons."
Florida put a grieving 77-year-old father in HANDCUFFS over a bowl of cat food.
His name is Louis Abbruzze.
In 2010, Louis and his wife lost their only son, and not long after, a few stray cats started showing up around their warehouse.
They did everything right.
Trapped them.
Got them vaccinated.
Got them fixed.
Found homes for as many as they could.
But even with all of that work, seven cats stayed.
Every night for 16 YEARS, Louis has cracked the warehouse door so those cats can come in out of the weather, eat, and sleep.
"These cats are not just cats," Louis said. "They're my children."
"That's what kept my wife and I going. We found something that made us human again."
Then, about a year and a half ago, the property's HOA hired new management.
Suddenly the door had to stay shut.
Then, somebody called Florida Fish and Wildlife and said a tenant was feeding raccoons.
FWC officers came out and warned him and he was cited.
Louis says he did exactly what they told him: feed the cats, and pull the food if a raccoon shows up.
"I started doing exactly what the FWC said," he said.
AND IT GETS WORSE.
On September 15th, the officers came back.
Not with another citation. With HANDCUFFS.
"He says, 'Now turn around and put out your hands,'" Louis said.
"Cuffed me. Put my cuffs on right there. I can't walk. I've got a broken ankle. I'm walking with a cane."
They put a 77-year-old man with a cane in a car an hauled him off from his own property on a MISDEMEANOR.
He says he was treated "as a common criminal."
Meanwhile, in the same state, violent offenders walk out on no bond every single day.
But the old man with the cats? Cuffs.

3 days after Richard Jewell saved dozens at the Olympics, the FBI leaked him as the bomber.
He cleared the park after he found the backpack, but 2 people still died. The Atlanta paper printed “FBI suspects him” after a reporter who’d been sleeping with an agent got the tip, so Brokaw told viewers they probably had their man.
Agents then lured him in with a fake training video and tried to get him to waive Miranda on camera until his mother called and he asked for a lawyer.
Cameras sat outside his apartment for 88 days, costing him his job as he was followed everywhere. They floated a “hero bomber” theory with no evidence until they cleared him in October.
It later turned out that Eric Rudolph did the bombings. He had also bombed two abortion clinics and a lesbian bar.
Jewell died of heart failure at 44. The agent who leaked his name was never identified and nobody was disciplined.
The FBI and the New York Times spent six years destroying an innocent man on national television while the real anthrax suspect worked in the same lab.
Ashcroft named Steven Hatfill a “person of interest” on TV in 2002 and Kristof spent columns calling him “Mr. Z,” the likely killer, with zero charges filed.
Hatfill lost his jobs, had cameras outside his apartment, got followed, searched, polygraphed, and watched agents drain a pond near his house. They found nothing.
In 2008 Bruce Ivins, a Fort Detrick microbiologist in the same building, killed himself before they could charge him.
Hatfill had already been publicly wrecked for six years. He sued and won $5.82 million. Kristof later said the columns were unfair, but the original smear still traveled farther than the correction.

The “just asking questions” crowd is going to lead to Lindsay Clancy going free like OJ. If we head to a mistrial & ultimately a second trial, Reddington will change strategies to attack the investigation, which will ultimately free Lindsay. No charges will be brought against Patrick.
The glove “won’t fit” for all Clancy Clan & she’ll go rolling out of there a free woman. And there will be no justice for those kids.
