I always said I'd never make wedding cakes but found a new love ❤️ Made last week for my best friends wedding and a massive challenge in the heatwave 🥵

2½ mile walk/run.....absolutely stunning along the seafront today 🌞

Even the cows are enjoying a paddle in the hot weather 🌞

There's a gentleman on Dads ward that's been in hospital for 6wks. An old friend of his has turned up & I've overheard that he drove 2½hrs to visit him. The gentleman's face was an absolute picture seeing him ❤️

Another 4 mile run/walk done & another time to be grateful for the sea breeze 🌊 time to rest for 2 days while the heatwave kicks in 🥵

No running today but pleased the rain cleared for my dog walk 🐾💙

Took Dad out for a pub lunch today to celebrate his 90th birthday, 2 complete strangers saw his birthday badge & bought him a pint to have with his meal 🥰 This is the type of world I like living in ❤️

Completely lost my running & fitness mojo, crazy considering how good it makes me feel. Any tips/advice is welcome
