Fitsteps, gardening, walking, doing very little midweek due to heat ,enjoyed an interesting evening sky and a great win at a pre season friendly match watching with my son- #NHS1000Miles 18 miles this week.

23 miles walked this week in the sunshine, inluding seeing the alpaca had been shorn to keep cool. No fitsteps as people on AL so danced to the radio instead! @NHS1000Miles

Keeping active, including fitsteps as it was just 21 degrees in the evening on Tuesday! 😂 25 miles walked and danced this week. Yorkshire Day 1st. August too! #NHS1000Miles

Busy week. Enjoyed it being just cool enough to do a fitsteps class. A friend brought some sunshine on a visit! 21 miles walked this week #Nhs1000miles

Enjoyed the sunshine this week. Disappointed with England result v Argentina. Liked the quote by Martina Navratilova- ' if you play so as not to lose you likely will'. Different mentality to play to win- positivity helps! #NHS1000Miles 24 miles walked this week
