Horror games with dark, almost pure black environments are overrated and cheap. Making a horror game that doesnโt have a black fog 5 meters in front of you while maintaining the same level of suspense and atmosphere is far more interesting.
Finished the rest of it. Overall, pretty decent adaptation. I like that they changed the pacing and intermediary arcs a bit. I didnโt like how quickly major made her mind up in the finale. With no signs of existential crisis.
It felt like she acted on impulse despite not having real time constraints or internal motivation. The show already did a pretty good job mixing highs and lows, giving her 1 or 2 scenes where she doubts her own existence wouldโve helped build a proper reasoning behind this choice
I like the trend where everyone gets a more fun version of D.vaโs matrix.
Whoโs asking that? People are laughing at gearbox for their shrewd decision to release an obvious โgazeโ character that somehow looks hyper generic to boost sales. Each installment has interesting playable characters.
