One of my favorites, Maria Ngong, is retiring after 25 years in education. I’ve worked with her for 7 years total, the last 5 at the One & Only Pearson. Caring and always about students. Glad her niece Elizabeth could join us to celebrate her legacy.@CobbSchools @PearsonMiddle
Brittney Jaynes & Doris Marshall are our April Certified & Classified Pilots of the Month at the ONE & ONLY Pearson Middle. @CobbSchools @PearsonMiddle
That’s TV #9 this year, for one simple thing: showing up every single day.
Congrats to Ms. Ngong for perfect attendance since August. No days missed. No excuses. We talk about it all the time; presence matters. And Ms. Ngong proves it every single day.@PearsonMiddle @CobbSchools
The tears are real-this 8th grade chorus started with Ms. Jaynes as 6th graders-her first year teaching at Pearson. They love her so much. @CobbSchools @PearsonMiddle

Best APs in Cobb and beyond! Bosarge, Petit, and Lankford! I could not do what I do without them. @PearsonMiddle @CobbSchools
Today we were blessed to host students & staff from Kennesaw State University for their annual “Day of Service.”
Their support in our market & clothing closet was greatly needed—and truly appreciated. @CobbSchools @PearsonMiddle
Loved having the Atlanta Opera out today performing the Pirates of Penzance for our 6th graders. Our kids had a blast and enjoyed the show. Thank you to our chorus teacher, Ms. Jaynes, for organizing this show. @PearsonMiddle @CobbSchools
We would like to thank Floyd Middle School’s boys soccer team and coaches for hosting our soccer match with them last night. We look forward to the next match.@CobbSchools @PearsonMiddle
