MCAFEE: “You have a lot of teammates that are vaccinated… heading into the season.” RODGERS: “A lot of people had probably FAKE vax cards back in the day too.” McAFEE: “Not me!” RODGERS: “I remember seeing some of the vax cards. It was like written in CRAYON.” “I’m like, all right, so we’re going to pass that up, but we [unvaxxed] are going to be second-rate citizens over here. I got to wear a yellow armband. Train in the back. Can’t be around more than three people.” [Mocking] “‘Oh, you gotta wear a mask when you do your interview. And all of us are gonna be masked up the entire time back here. We’re 20ft away from you. Cause that’s safety first.’” “What a CROCK OF SH*T we had to go through! Crazy time.”

The 5th amendment is about not compelling self-incriminating testimony. Invoking the 5th in response to “what color is your tie” has nothing to do with self-incrimination. It is simply arrogant contempt.

Just watched the most recent podcast of @TheCompoundNews and I think @Downtown is turning into @Ritholtz little by little each day. The resemblance is uncanny

A few things from today. The next decade is the super cycle. Same disclaimer as always. it will be volatile, it will be so over and we are so back many times. But ultimately, this is over a decade period. going to be the larget bubble in human history. Japan committing multiple trillions to the AI buildout over the next decade. Other govs will do the same. We are going to see more robots than humans 10 years from now. The robot buildout hasn't even started. These companies aren't even public yet. Robots are solving for the 59T labor problem that exists today. Avg hourly wage is around $38, robots can get the job done for under $3-4 over its lifetime. There is still a huge energy need, the AI buildout isnt complete. It also is going to take years We are going to see rapid advancements in medicine as a result of AI. Speeding up time to market, research, and finding new cures. There are going to be many bubbles, and side bubbles inside the broader bubble and super cycle.

The Iran war “ended” the day before the biggest IPO in history, Trump’s birthday, and a UFC card at the White House. What a coincidence. What timing. Wow.

Elon just created 4,400 millionaires in a single day. 400 of them are now worth over $100 million. These aren't VCs. They're SpaceX employees, and the list includes welders, technicians, and cafeteria staff, because for two decades the company paid every level of the workforce in stock instead of higher salaries. Juan Hernandez immigrated from Mexico and took a $28 an hour contractor welding job in 2015. He says he didn't even know what SpaceX was. The company gave him a $10,000 equity grant and let him buy more shares through payroll deductions. That stake is now worth $880,000. Trevor Hise's parents wanted him to take a stable job at General Electric. He picked SpaceX instead, stayed 12 years, and accumulated over 100,000 shares. At the $135 listing price that's $13.5 million. He's 37 and semiretired. His words: "The magnitude of this has been ridiculous." The most telling detail came before the listing. Over 100 employees quietly banded together and negotiated a group wealth management deal covering up to $5 billion, because none of them had ever needed a wealth manager before. Software IPOs have minted millionaires for 30 years. This is the first one where the money went to the factory floor.

How dare the president of the United States go to a NBA finals game in the world’s most famous arena as a fan of the team? Shut the fuck up it’s basketball nobody gives a fuck about politics he was literally invited by the Knicks owner. If you think this actually kills the vibes and ruins this moment then you’re not actually a fan. You absolutely can’t be that big of a hater that one guy ruins a once in a lifetime experience for you. #trump #knicks

First class for domestic flights is a joke but it's still better than steerage in coach. Flying is not a luxury for 99.9% of us
Hey @united is this a joke? I just flew 5+ hours in First Class and this bowl of sadness is what you serve me for dinner. Between the 3D-printed mystery meat, the cafeteria cheese cubes, and the whole tomato I need a chainsaw to cut, this is genuinely unbelievable.
