And yet, we let mama pretend to disappear. This is a direct contradiction of Jesus’ commands to not be fearful or be anxious about anything.
True for plenty of menial things, but there are also wrong ways to get something “done” without actually being DONE. My wife was raised to hand wash dishes with no sponge or scrubber so gunk and oil stayed on the dishes unless I did them. She’s better now, though.
