North Korea stole $6.3B from Binance Then sold $5M of $PROM for... $71 馃ぁ The $46,000,000 in SOL he moved from Binance is still sitting in his wallet Let's hope he dumps it into DeFi as well for $69 So me and my friends in the trenches can eat 馃檹

solana:PRVT6TB7uss3FrUd2D9xs2zqDBsa3GbMJMwCQsgmeta gained over 130% in October while $SOL dropped 21% It made another +17% today What is happening with @UmbraPrivacy? 馃憞 - launched V2: private transfers in <5s and private swaps - uUSDv: a private stablecoin that pays yield - Now live on Robinhood Chain, its first chain outside Solana Privacy seems to be the play of the cycle, just look at the success of Zcash. Still a sub-$10M market cap with thin liquidity, so it can revert quickly as well I bought and held since their launch through MetaDAO. Excited to see what they will ship next 馃

LP Tip of the week: The first number I check before LPing on @MeteoraAG Fee/TVL (24h) It tells you how much a pool paid out in fees yesterday, compared to how much capital is in it -> 0.75% fee/TVL = for every $750 in the pool $10 fees were generated in the last 24 hours But a lot of this TVL isn't always active. If people put their liquidity too low or too high compared to market price, their bins might have never been reached That's why if you set your range appropriately, you will generate more than that 0.75% a day I'm currently earning 3-4%/day on this Dacity LP since my range is centered around active bins

Exchanges get hacked Smart contracts get exploited Seed phrases get lost Lending protocols queue withdrawals Validators lose their keys Stablecoins depeg Crypto has Quantum Risk Cash loses 5% per year to inflation Stocks in an AI bubble So @PeterSchiff was right all along?

I was just writing a post about Jupiter Earn and Kamino. How Jupiter has almost $600M total deposits more now than Kamino But... Currently there are $418.5 million in pending USDC Earn claims So if you can't access your USDC, you're not the only one but no worries 'soon it will be available again'
Due to broader market conditions, there is currently a liquidity crunch impacting withdrawals. Market conditions will cause users to deposit or repay their loans. As they do so, withdrawals will be able to process again. This is normal and expected during events like today鈥檚. Liquidity will soon be available again. The protocol is functioning as expected and all funds are safe.

$GOOG opened -13% today after earnings on track for its biggest post-earnings drop ever. ~$500B in market cap gone in one morning but the business is doing... great? - revenue: $127.6B (+25%) - google Cloud: $30.7B (+103%) - cloud backlog: $561B so why the dump? - lower EPS ($2.12) than expected ($3.01) - capex $51.4B in ONE quarter (was $24B a year ago) and they expect Capex to increase further next year - struggling to make money from ads in AI search honestly to me Alphabet seemed pretty undervalued already before, now it's priced as a value stock, but at those revenue growth numbers I still see it as a growth stock will pick up some shares at this bloody open

Pumpfun just created a new 'feature' to extract even more from the trenches. Perps routed through hyperliquid are live on their app. Don't be fooled. Their X post makes it sounds like it is a partnership, it's obviously not. Also they, of course, put extra fees, on top of the HL fees so you will be paying over double than just using perps on HL yourself There is really no point to ever use their new 'feature'
Pumpfun x @HyperliquidX Perps are live on the Pumpfun app! Long or short crypto, stocks & commodities on the biggest onchain perps engine, straight from your USDC balance. No bridging required. Learn more 馃憞

Not every LP is a winner DICTATOR-SOL on @MeteoraAG - In: ~10.6 SOL - Out after 1h19m: ~8 SOL (-25%) Price dumped straight through my range What I did wrong: - Held on a little too long after it went out of range out of 'hope' that it would bounce - Overestimated the sell pressure of rug tokens even when the meme went giga viral If the coin only nukes, fees will not make up for the loss @met_lparmy

I used to play poker professionally Two lessons carry over quite well into LPing or trading 1. Manage your emotions The amount of people I see chasing a trade or a position because they had losses befeore, is staggering. It's not about strategy anymore, it's about getting another W at all cost. If you find yourself experiencing this. Stop. Get out. Go touch some grass 2. Manage your bankroll I know quite a few friends that were exceptional traders/players, but somehow they never managed to get rich. Whenever they were winning, they moved up in stakes or upped their leverage. "I'm the greatest player, I need to move to a stake where I can earn more" There is a lot of luck involved in poker/trading/LPing, risking too much on one bet will leave anyone broke because of variance that will eventually catch up with you Professional players don't go broke because they play badly. They go broke because they play when they are in a distressed state and/or they play above their limits The goal isn't to win the most and the fastest, it's to survive playing the game

A Solana trading bot just got drained for ~$950K BloomTrading yesterday: - ~9,408 SOL stolen from 49 wallets belonging to 9 users - All done in 94 seconds - Biggest single loss: 1,636 SOL (~$166K) - The hacker only took SOL, left ~$57K in USDC sitting there (how kind of him) Bloom took everything offline and promised 100% refunds They say no private keys were compromised, but every transfer was signed by the wallets' own keys. Even wallets that hadn't been used in months So wtf happened?

One of the fastest growing RWA markets right now is on @KaminoFinance and it is... car loans AUTO = a token that gives you exposure to real US consumer car loans - AUTO supplied: $9M to $98M in one month (10x) - Total market deposits: ~$170M - Current yield: ~10.4% The yield comes from people paying off their cars, not token emissions Also works on Multiply: - Borrow at a 5.3% fixed rate - Up to 4.5x leverage = ~28% APY Sadly no more borrow liquidity available currently, but keep an eye out for it Risks: - Car loan can defaults resulting in socialized loss - Exit = request a redemption from the issuer, no instant DEX exit - The token can be frozen by the issuer - Fixed rate lasts 30 days, renewal depends on available liquidity Tbh I wish I saw this sooner, seems like a pretty sweet deal. Would you lend to US car buyers onchain?

Exited this LP position a few days ago. Even though the coin went down and out of range, still good profit because of fees I went in this one because the GTA narrative seems strong, huge TVL (seems to be a cabal play) and fees/TVL were very attractive @MeteoraAG @met_lparmy

So which ways can you provide liquidity? There are 3 main ways, so when to use each 馃憞 Spot: liquidity spread evenly over your range - Good for: beginners, sideways markets Curve: liquidity concentrated around the current price - Good for: stable pairs, low volatility Bid-Ask: more liquidity at the edges of your range - Good for: volatile tokens, catching swings - You buy dips and sell pumps automatically Which one do you use most?

You see people talking about LPing on @MeteoraAG DLMM, but what is it? Simple version 馃憞 LP = Liquidity Providing Normal LP: your liquidity is spread over every possible price. Most of it never gets used DLMM: you pick a price range, and your liquidity sits in small price "bins" inside it - Price inside your range = you earn fees - Price outside your range = you earn nothing - Since price is concentrated, you earn more around one price point than in a normal LP That's why it's so capital efficient, and why picking the right range is everything. Right now you have 3 common methods, with a 4th on the way 馃憖. I'll explain those tomorrow Questions about LPing? Drop them below, I'll answer all of them or come learn with us at @met_lparmy

Prediction markets are now live inside the @phantom wallet Announced last December, but the rollout only started this Friday in the US - Trade @Kalshi markets without leaving your wallet - Funded with Phantom's CASH stablecoin - Still KYC through Kalshi Phantom has 20M+ users. Kalshi has done $291B in volume this year Prediction markets only seem to be growing... I won't use it since I'm not in the US or use phantom anymore 馃榿 Are you going to use it?
