UPDATE #NorteFire: OCFA now says 6 homes damaged or destroyed (up from 4) and 1 firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion. Still 465 acres, 0% contained, but OCFA says most of it is knocked down and crews will stay for days to stop rekindles. FEMA approved a fire grant (FMAG).
