Most Albertans just voted to shut the door on even asking the question. Question 10 wasn’t a vote on separation. It was a vote on whether Albertans should get to use their democratic right to decide the issue in a future binding referendum. Roughly three-quarters said no. They didn’t vote to stay or leave. They voted to never let themselves vote on it at all. How sad.
Amen!
Dear Alberta family,
The referendum is behind us.
Three in four Albertans chose to stay in Canada, and I respect that.
But 500 thousand of us chose the other road, and that number doesn’t vanish because Premier Smith is going to give a speech.
Here’s where I think it goes.
The ballot box path is closed for now as Smith made that clear, and even if she hadn’t, Ottawa wouldn’t have honored a non-binding vote anyway.
So the movement doesn’t disappear.
It goes quiet in the way a seed goes quiet in winter.
It doesn’t stop growing just because you can’t see it.
The work now is the unglamorous kind.
Talking to your neighbor who voted yes.
Reading the actual numbers instead of the headlines.
Watching what Carney does with that EU deal and what it costs us on energy, on food, on sovereignty.
Every time Ottawa treats Alberta like a wallet instead of a partner, that twenty-four percent creeps up.
Not because people are angry because they’re now paying attention.
I won’t pretend this is easy for me.
I put my heart into this fight, and I watched it fall short.
But I’ve lost things before and come back.
What I won’t do is pretend the people who voted for separation were wrong to care.
They weren’t.
They were answering a question the rest of the country stopped asking a long time ago.
Does Alberta matter on its own terms?
It does.
It always has.
I’m still here.
Still praying for this province.
Still believing God has a plan for Alberta that no referendum can fully capture.
Love you all.

In reality, there was no way Alberta would be allowed to vote their way out for the vote would have been rigged just as the EU has interfered in every election in the EU to retain a centralized power..
🇨🇦 Alberta votes against separating from Canada
On October 19, the oil- and gas-rich province held its first-ever referendum on possible separation from Canada. According to CBC News, the majority of voters chose to keep Alberta part of the country.
The referendum was non-binding: residents were asked whether they wanted to maintain the province's current status or begin the legal process required to hold a binding vote on independence.
Interestingly, representatives of Alberta's separatist movement had previously met with officials from the Trump administration. The US president himself has repeatedly suggested that Canada should become the 51st US state.
The result marks a political victory for Prime Minister Mark Carney, who has been working to preserve Canada's unity.

Alberta has spoken. Everything is fine. Alberta is happy. Canada can ignore all those grievances. Alberta didn’t really mean it.
According to three-quarters of its voters, at least for now, Alberta is just another province.
Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

L’argent des Québécois devrait servir les Québécois et contribuer à bâtir un avenir qui nous ressemble, pas à financer le pétrole de l’Ouest.
Pour Mark Carney, bâtir l’économie au nom de l’intérêt national c’est :
- servir les intérêts des pétrolières pour enrichir les actionnaires américains;
- faire les pires reculs en environnement de l’histoire;
- porter atteinte au droit de grève des travailleurs.
On ne peut pas être d’accord avec ça!

Canada's spending on housing and healthcare for asylum claimants is OUT OF CONTROL‼️
$3.9m a day, and that's just the federal government's cost.
> Total cost: up 7.4× in six years.
> Last year alone: up 67%, from $850M to $1.42B.
> Health care: up 5.5×, from $162M to $897M, and 52% in a single year
The PBO projects the health program alone will pass $1.5 billion a year by 2029-30.
It doesn't account for the social assistance, schooling, healthcare and legal aid that provinces pay for.
Oh and it doesn't account for the $1B+ taxpayers paid for their hotels.

@PardyBruce closes the Alberta independence debate with a blunt question: if Alberta were already independent, would it choose to join Canada today?
“If you wouldn’t join, then why would you promise to stay?”

Andre Desmarais. Multiple Prime Ministers have worked for the Desmarais family and China!
They were in China during Carney's visit to China months ago!

What? They fabricated data to support the false idea of a benefit from the vaccine! No....
Journal Retracts COVID-19 Vaccine Paper Based on Faked Content
“More than four years after publishing ‘SARS-CoV-2 S2–targeted vaccination elicits broadly neutralizing antibodies,’ the journal stated that an investigation conducted by an institution for which some of the authors worked or work determined that the paper included ‘fabricated data’ and ‘falsified images,’ the retraction note stated.
“The paper had claimed that experiments showed vaccination against SARS-CoV-2, or COVID-19, elicited strong antibodies.”

It's striking that London where I've been for the last few days feels like India. It's overrun by low skilled Indians which leads me to believe the West is helping to solve India's massive youth unemployment problem.
At my hotel, everyone on staff were newly arrived from India. Their English was often poor and the service wasn't great. The staff were shouting back and forth to each other in Hindi like you would in a chawl in India. A chawl is low cost housing and densely populated.
All of this is coming to Canada. Can’t wait. 🤡

What the hell is happening to this country?
Ottawa has decided that, starting November 3, employers will no longer need a Labour Market Impact Assessment for qualifying job offers under parts of the Express Entry immigration system.
Think about that.
Canadians are struggling to find decent-paying jobs. Young people are having trouble getting established. Families are being crushed by the cost of living. And our federal government is removing a requirement designed to assess the need for foreign workers in these immigration applications.
Are you kidding me?
I’ve spent my life running businesses, employing people, farming and paying taxes. I understand labour shortages. I understand the value of skilled immigration.
But I also understand something Ottawa seems to have forgotten.
A government’s first responsibility is to the people it represents.
If qualified Canadians are available and willing to work, they deserve a fair shot before employers use foreign job offers to support immigration applications.
And given the documented problems with fraudulent job offers, why would we remove a layer of scrutiny instead of demanding stronger accountability?
Ottawa says it will still verify job offers. Fine. Prove the safeguards work.
I’m sick and tired of watching governments demand more from taxpayers while expecting less accountability from themselves.
Why the hell am I paying taxes to a government that can’t even demonstrate it’s protecting the interests of Canadian workers?
Enough is enough.

It's important to understand that Mark Carney Liberals are now planning to mass immigrate people under permanent residency.
That's not temporary visas. They are skipping the "trial" period all together and giving foreigners a direct and fast tracked path to Canadian citizenship and all of our systems.
There is not a requirement to even pretend that you can't find a Canadian to do the job. Straight to international market and see who can do the job the cheapest...or will pay you to get hired. It will put downward pressure on wages in Canada.
Let's also remember that Liberals have passed a chain citizenship handouts Bill as well, and this new policy will cement many new Canadian citizens just because someone in their family answered a hiring ad or scammed their way in.
This is much worse than open borders as they pretty much hand you a Canadian citizenship at the same time.

If Canada is the best, why did Carney live abroad until two years ago?
Why does he have three passports?
Why did he move his company, Brookfield, from Toronto to New York?
Why does all of his family live in the U.S.?
Why doe he want to join China's new world order?

🇨🇦🖕🌹🗳️ : If there was ever a reason for Albertans to vote Option 2, this is it in spades.
Mark Carney has already said 'no', to addressing the 9 other ballot issues, right before the vote. Basically dismissing the 9 referendum questions outright.
No input from Albertans on immigration & other issues on how Canada is run.
Just shut up and vote to stay in Canada. That is the Federal message.
This is the problem Alberta has in Canada. The Federal government seeks to eliminate democratic rights & the will of Albertans, without bothering to even respect what they have to say.
