Dispatch audio from the July 13 CPKC train derailment in Calgary indicates transit operators reported seeing a man hanging off the side of the freight train before it became uncoupled and derailed.
CPKC says the suspect has since been arrested and charged with offences including mischief endangering life and interference with transportation facilities.
