Every single day, our crews and call handlers face sexual abuse while helping patients across the capital.
From inappropriate comments and unwanted touching to threats and sexual violence, this behaviour is unacceptable.
We show up for London. Please show us respect.

Productive meeting with @MayorofLondon this afternoon where we chatted about responses, mental health, resilience and violence and aggression against our people amongst other things.
Behind every ambulance response is a team working around the clock.
I met with Jason Killens, CEO of @Ldn_Ambulance to discuss how we can work together to save lives, tackle health inequalities, support our incredible NHS staff and build a healthier, safer London.

I spent time out on shift across the capital today.
During my shift I attended incidents in Battersea, Kilburn and Chelsea, and checked in with teams at Fulham and Isleworth ambulance stations, plus our Hazardous Area Response Teams.
Later in the evening I visited Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, where I saw the teamwork, focus and professionalism of our people working with hospital colleagues to ensure patients are handed over safely and without delay.
Days like this remind me just how committed and compassionate our people are.

Help improve care at London Ambulance Service by completing our 999 patient survey.
Whether you called 999, received phone advice or an ambulance, we want to hear about your experience.
So pleased to see this in the field. @Ldn_Ambulance first 999 survey, a key plank of our efforts to listen more to patients which also includes a drive to listen to patients impacted by health inequality – at Camberwell, London

This is a great result for the ambulance sector with 4 out of 10 CEOs appearing in the top 50 NHS CEOs in England. Clearly, delighted to be one of them.
Very pleased to see four ambulance trust chief execs in this list including John Martin at no 8 (especially as two others were leaving and were ineligible). A tribute to the hard work going on in the sector to improve patient care. guides.hsj.co.uk/Guide.aspx?…
