I haven't posted in a long time, for numerous reasons, but here's at least one important update.
1. Probably the only selfie I'll ever post.
2. 2x IVs = twice the fun
3. They keep my walker way over /there/ so I can't use it unsupervised.
4. The general situation.
Fun fact - the whole time at these two hospital trips (first to ER, then back to ICU) - the *whole time*, was
just about getting me stable enough *for* treatment.
Apparently I almost died twice, and temporarily lost my whole damn mind for 1-2 days during that time. No memories.

I often alt-tab out of games to dick around on the internet.
In the back of my mind, I must remember that I have to keep alt-tabbing every five minutes or so back into my paused @NVIDIAGFN game, to wiggle the mouse, so I don't time out.

In Graveyard Keeper, I have a refugee camp to manage.
To build stuff in it, they need Happiness.
It increases slowly over time, but you can supply them with food and water to make it increase faster.
I used to throw a few loaves of bread and a stack of water in it.

A forum post told me, "Once you build your camp's Kitchen, Well, and a couple Fields, they'll become self-sufficient."
So I built those things, seeded the fields with a few seeds, and left them alone.
Eventually, I came back to check on their progress.
