Didnāt happen. Null and void. Like the whole season. And at least 10 previous seasons š¤·š»āāļø
Manchester City danced with their own notoriety at Anfield and embraced their shame. A club found guilty of cheating is prospering. It was another bad day for the English game dailymail.com/sport/footballā¦

Again you have to ask: what does this mean? These players buying into a supposed siege mentality and yet they will be immediately out of the door the moment sanctions are handed down. Fans gloating about it all. Such a bad look for the Premier League.

What's the point of watching this season's Premier League?
City win it and it'll be rescinded.
Anyone else wins it and positional places will be affected by City, and £££ per position.
An absolute fucking mess that of we're being honest is probably the entrance to a rabbit hole that nobody really wants to go down because it may affect 2 decades rather than the best part of one.
Football is in crisis here. Genuinely think people will fuck it off if City arenāt punished accordingly, and soon. The limbo only makes it worse.
Iāve always resisted conspiracy theories about officials, mainly because if thatās whatās going on, what are we all doing here?
But why make appointments that feed the conspiracy? Chris Kavanagh, from Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, for this game?
When trust is already on the floor, when people are already questioning the integrity of the competition, surely you look at that appointment and think: why invite it?

šØšļø Roy Keane on Ryan Gravenberchās Red Card Against Manchester City;
š£ļø"Listen, Iām sitting here absolutely flabbergasted by what Iāve just witnessed. We are talking about Liverpool versus Manchester City at Anfield. This isn't a pre-season kick-around, this isn't a mid-table dead-rubberāthis is as big as it gets in world football. Youāve got millions watching around the globe, two top-class teams going toe-to-toe, and the entire match gets ruined because the officials want to be the main event.
Look at the match context! Ryan Gravenberch was having one of his absolute best games in a Liverpool shirt. Heās driving through the midfield, heās testing Gianluigi Donnarumma with a cracking strike from range, and then literally seconds later, he makes a recovery challenge in the City half on JĆ©rĆ©my Doku. Was it a foul? Yeah, fine, give a free-kick. But to whip out a second yellow card in the 62nd minute for that? It is an absolute disgrace.
The first yellow card early in the second half was soft enough as it was, but to issue a second yellowāeffectively killing the entire spectacleārequires a level of common sense and match management that these referees simply don't possess right now. Where is the game management? Where is the understanding of what is at stake? Referee Chris Kavanagh couldn't wait to get his card out. Itās refereeing by a textbook without having a single clue about the emotion, intensity, or context of a massive Premier League fixture.
You treat a big game like a big game! You let the players fight it out on the pitch. You don't send a lad off for a minor collision on the halfway line when neither tackle warranted a sending off. And what happens? The moment Liverpool go down to ten men, the entire balance shifts. City take complete control, Erling Haaland scores two minutes later, Doku gets another, and the game is done.
The decision-making from the officials today was shocking. It robs the fans, it robs the players, and frankly, it ruins what should have been an iconic battle. They need to start applying some real football intelligence out there instead of hiding behind harsh whistle-blowing."

This is low, even by the standards of the UK Football policing unit, casually linking the Taylor report post Hillsborough and football tragedies to changes in the law on drinking at matches
Drinking in view of the pitch didnāt cause deaths or injuries - policing failures did
