Ridiculous customer service from @BestBuy, @Macys, @UPS, and @USPS this week. Best Buy appointment delayed over 2.5 hours; still waiting. UPS sent 1 Macy's package to the wrong house and another one to a USPS distribution ctr, told us it was "delivered" So much for #BlackFriday.

Another odd observation: @GeekSquad agents in a local @BestBuy store can't even help with home deliveries. It's all outsourced. The techs showed up in a rental truck. There was no indication that they were affiliated with Best Buy in any way.

- Numerous problems with BestBuy.com both during and after the purchase. The site took my credit card only on the 3rd try. Live chat works only sporadically, kicked me off randomly in Chrome several times, and callbacks on the phone sometimes don't work. ...
