All you're doing is leaving your family with an extra burden on top of your loss. Pick a few, meaningful items from your life and write down the story about it. For instance, I have my grandfather's masonic ring. He got it right after he came home from WW2. I know when, where and why it was meaningful to him. That is a family heirloom. I can pass it onto my kids and it will have meaning. Ladies, your 50 year old shoes are not worth anything to anyone. Give your family a real gift. Get rid of all your shit before you die. Better yet, give yourself a gift while you're alive and don't buy that crap in the first place.

We just got some amazing news. Seven years ago, Mrs Sayne had a bone marrow transplant for leukemia. If someone makes it 7 years after a transplant they can expect a full, normal life. Her 7 year anniversary is October 23 so we were planning on that big news. Her doctor called today and for the first time in 7 years her blood work was perfectly normal. All her markers are back in line. It's been a crazy 7 years and for the first time the light at the end of the tunnel isn't a train.

Saw something pretty bad. A carnivore acquaintance had to have bypass surgery. He was technically carnivore, but loved his carnivore ice cream, raw milk and cheese. A lot. It's really important to remember that clogged arteries are caused by cholesterol repairing inflammation, inflammation is caused by insulin, insulin is caused by too much glucose. It's all well and good to be carnivore, but if you don't want to be under the knife, make sure it's ketovore.
