NEW!! Fresh off a visit to war-torn Ukraine, GOP Senator Wicker says backing Kyiv now is key to deterring Putin and protecting U.S. security.
Wicker met with Zelenskyy and pushed for expanded allied air defense production.

If the president doesn’t like that image why doesn’t he ever say that? I mean it seems like the bare minimum to at least express that he would prefer Putin not kill innocents but he never does.
Marco has to get trotted out to pretend like he can read his mind.
Rubio: “The president does not like to see this image of a ballistic missile hitting an apartment building in Kyiv and innocent civilians being wiped out as a result.”
If Trump dislikes Russian ballistic attacks so much, then why withhold intelligence about Russian launches, stripping people in Kyiv of their chance to take cover and survive?
Why throttle Starshield speeds, rendering our jet-powered drone interceptors useless?
Something doesn’t add up. Either Rubio is living in his own reality, or this whole administration takes us for complete idiots.

Fact 1: President Trump wants Ukraine to stop attacking Russian petroleum infrastructure.
Fact 2: President Zelenskyy wants access to U.S. targeting assistance to stop Russian missiles from being launched at Ukrainian civilians from inside Russia.
Fact 3: President Zelenskyy has agreed not to hit Russian petroleum in exchange for this targeting assistance.
Fact 4: President Trump can lower prices at the pump today by simply agreeing to this deal!
MR. PRESIDENT, PLEASE TAKE THIS WIN!

Putin doesn’t want peace. Putin wants Ukraine. Enough is enough.
President Trump should rescind the diesel deal with Russia and use the Lindsey Graham Sanctioning Russia Act to impose harsh sanctions on nations purchasing Russian energy, work with our allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. The renewed US pressure on Ukraine comes right as Russia has suffered one of their worst months on the front in a long time.
The last few months has seen Ukraine advance in the east and south. That's led to near zero (maybe even negative) net gains by Russia at the cost of tens of thousands of casualties.
Russian commentators were referring to their attacks in Donetsk as a 'catastrophe' and lamenting that they would 'drown in blood' before reaching the Dnipro river.
That was the sentiment last week. That's the backdrop of these recent US actions that come at an ideal time for Russia as they were feeling more military pressure than they had in some time.

President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russian fuel amidst Putin’s ongoing and brutal attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine makes no sense and is a betrayal of the legacy and leadership of the late Senator Lindsey Graham.
While Ukraine fights for its survival, Putin’s war machine continues to prosecute his terrorist war on civilian populations and innocent Ukrainians are dying every day.
Now, Instead of implementing the tough sanctions Lindsey Graham fought to his last breath to enact, President Trump has announced the United States is lifting sanctions on Russian energy, fueling the Putin’s war machine.
As I saw firsthand in Ukraine last month, Putin is losing this war. Ukraine has fought the Russian military to a standstill and reinvented warfare with drones taking the fight into the heart of Russia.
America should not be throwing a lifeline to Putin’s war machine. Now is the time to stand strong against Russian aggression as we did during the first Trump administration.
Putin doesn’t want peace. Putin wants Ukraine. I have no doubt that if Putin overruns Ukraine, it will only be a matter of time until Russia’s military crosses a border that our troops will have to deal with him.
America is the Leader of the Free World. For our National Security, for the security of our Allies in Europe including Ukraine, President Trump should rescind this deal immediately and return to the strong policies of our four years in the White House; impose harsh sanctions on any nation purchasing Russian energy and work with our allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. Slava Ukraini🇺🇸🇺🇦

Prayers to the Millwood community. A kid passed away on the football field tonight due to a medical episode.
This is another big blow for the Falcons, and the back-to-back-to-back blows are undoubtedly doing a number on those kids.
