Sexism is women doing the dishes
Equality is men and women doing the dishes
Gender ideology is whoever does the dishes, is a woman.

As garment workers continue to take to the streets in Bangladesh, its government faces a key test, with over 500 factories forced to close and protestors facing violent police repression.
As the APPG on Bangladesh explored earlier this year, this isn’t just about any one government but many governments, international bodies and multinational corporations that maintain a brutal system of production, where labour rights are constantly under attack.
This is what has left these workers picking up additional costs at a time of global crisis, and they will not accept just bearing it.

That's fair

22 years ago today, Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh (pictured) was cycling to work in Amsterdam. He never made it because he was assassinated by Mohammed Bouyeri, a 26-year-old Dutch-Moroccan Muslim man, who was offended by Van Gogh having dared to make a short film that criticised the treatment of women in Islam.
Bouyeri shot him multiple times, slit his throat, then pinned a 5 page jihadist manifesto to his chest. The manifesto was primarily a direct death threat against Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the scriptwriter of the short film (‘Submission’). It called her a heretic and an ‘unbelieving fundamentalist’ who would be ‘smashed against the hard diamond of Islam.’ It also threatened Dutch politicians, labelling them under the control of a ‘Jewish cabal’, and called for the death of ‘unbelievers.’
To this day, Ayaan Hirsi Ali still faces persistent death threats and requires ongoing security protection.
Throughout this period, rather than standing resolutely with her (and others like her) against the ideology that threatened her life and claimed Theo’s, swathes of the liberal establishment, and almost all so called ‘anti-racist’ and ‘feminist’ progressives, labelled her an ‘Islamophobe’ and, in essence, echoed the censorious dogma espoused by the jihadists.
This crime, though not the first, was a harbinger of what was to come. It is not receiving much attention today, but it should.
(P.s. Apologies, I accidentally deleted the first version of this post).
If you speak to victims of these kinds of crimes you realise that it’s not just lifelong impact for them, it ripples outwards & tears apart entire families. Multigenerational destruction. The human cost of this all is incalculable

I grew up witnessing polygamy firsthand. I know what it does to women and families.
Now, in the name of progress, American cities are embracing it.
We should know better.
My father had more than one wife. Now Somerville and Cambridge let more than two people enter a domestic partnership, and polyamory is being sold as progress.

Douglas Murray says the alliance between Western progressives and Islamists has one fatal flaw: the Islamists will shoot you first.
He points to Iran in 1979, when leftists, trade unionists and communists helped Ayatollah Khomeini overthrow the Shah – only to be massacred and hanged once the Islamic regime took power.

Somebody told me once that many English-speaking correspondents in Madrid fancied themselves as Hemingway in For Whom the Bell Tolls. They were fighting a non-existent war against Fascism while having cañas in what I still think is the best country in the best continent in the world. Very few will tell you that the story, oftentimes, was about corruption. Because it did not fit the narrative and nobody was challenging them anyway. Time is ripe for this to change. This story, which is about lots of people being killed, is about corruption. They are close enough for any middle-class newspaper reader in Europe to bring this point back home (quite literally).
More tragedy to come from the Toledo train crash in Spain. Yesterday I spoke to Carlos Shahbazi, whose sister, biologist Marta, was on one of the trains and missing. Last night he messaged to say she had died. My piece on Marta in today’s @thetimes

Italy expelled 25-year-old Pakistani imam Ali Kashif after covert footage captured him supporting child marriage, including unions with girls as young as nine.
Authorities in Brescia labelled him a risk to public order and verified that he lacked a valid residence permit. He was held, taken to Milan Malpensa Airport, and flown to Pakistan.
So deportation is possible when there is the resolve to carry it out, isn’t it?
It is worth noting that the marriage age in most Muslim countries exceeds 16.
