For this #ugcexample in the SaaS niche, I wanted to make one B2B mistake painfully obvious: your internal team is not your audience
 I built the script using an AIDA framework, but instead of making the creative feel like a software demo, I centered it around the gap between what a team thinks will land and what buyers actually respond to.
 That’s why the proof matters so much here. Two headlines can both sound perfectly reasonable in a meeting, but when simulated buyers scored one 1.6/10 and the other 7.8/10, the value of testing becomes pretty hard to argue with!
 I also used Gemini to create a custom visual for the hook so “your messaging hasn’t met your buyers yet” wasn’t just something I said. 

The viewer could actually see the idea play out while I was explaining it👏🏻
 The strategy was: challenge the internal assumption, visualize the problem, show the test, then let the result sell Articos.

There's one question I keep coming back to whenever I hear creators talk about producing hundreds of videos every month: At what point does increasing output start reducing the amount of thinking available for each video? 🧐 I don't think there is one universal answer because some creators probably have systems that make insane volume possible without sacrificing their standards. I just know how I personally work 👏🏻👏🏻 Research takes attention. Understanding an audience takes attention. Writing something conversational but strategically sound takes attention. So does filming, editing, analyzing feedback, and deciding what I would change in the next iteration. Those things become harder for me when my main KPI is simply getting another video finished. And that’s why I don't want volume to become the goal of my UGC business. If my capacity grows because my systems get better, GREAT… But I want the system to protect the thinking behind my creative, not eliminate it 👀 #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

I sent my parents $1,000+ last week, and it made me happier than I expected. For this #ugcexample, I wanted to speak to people who are already buying supplements for brain fog and low energy, but are tired of ending up with another half-used bottle and no real reason to trust the next one... That’s why I used an Enemy + PAS angle instead of opening with the product. The “enemy” here isn’t supplements themselves, it’s the cycle of constantly being sold another complicated routine and hoping this one finally sticks. From there, I positioned Tindedly as the alternative by focusing on what makes the routine easier to understand and actually maintain: one liquid product, a simple way to take it, and a format that fits into something the viewer is already doing every morning. I also kept the creative intentionally raw. For this kind of angle, an overly polished wellness ad would fight the message. I wanted it to feel more like someone finally calling out the frustration the viewer already has. The strategy was: attack the cycle they’re tired of first, deepen that frustration, then earn the product introduction instead of forcing it. One of the biggest upgrades I ever made to my UGC had nothing to do with buying better gear or learning a new editing trick... It was learning how to stop sounding like I was performing an ad! Early on, I could deliver the exact words in the script and technically do everything right, but it still sounded like somebody had handed me marketing copy and told me to sell something lol Now I try to imagine I'm explaining the product to ONE friend That changes the words I use, where I pause, how much energy I bring to certain lines, and even which phrases I remove from the script because I would never actually say them in conversation #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

A Dallas video I posted recently crossed 10K views, and one tiny mistake probably taught me more than the view count did 😂 I talked about a mall in the video and apparently pronounced the name wrong… People immediately started correcting me in the comments Obviously I'm not planning to start mispronouncing things on purpose just to get engagement hahaha But seeing those comments reminded me how closely people are actually watching when a topic gives them something they care enough to respond to 10K views was cool but realizing people cared enough to stop and respond taught me more about what makes content feel participatory. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

Some of my weakest content has come from ideas that technically made sense but didn't really feel like ME! I've done the thing where I see another creator's format getting views and think, "Okay, let me make my version of this." Then I script it, edit it, post it, and realize I barely care about the topic once it's live hahaha The difference is obvious when I create around something connected to my actual life, background, opinions, or experiences. I naturally put more energy into the script. My delivery feels better, I care more about how the edit comes together, and I actually want to be part of the conversation after I post it. Editing is probably one of my LEAST favorite parts of running a content business, so I finally stopped forcing myself to sit there and finish everything in one miserable session 😂 Now I break the process into stages. I'll clean up the talking heads and remove retakes first, then I'll step away for a bit before coming back to work on B-roll and visual changes. After another break, I'll come back and finish things like captions and the final polish! Technically, I'm still doing the same amount of editing. The difference is that I'm not asking my brain to stare at the same timeline for hours until I hate every frame of the video 😭 Breaking the edit into smaller sessions has made a part of my workflow I used to dread feel WAY lighter, and I'm much more consistent because of it hahaha #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

One of the things that helped me survive a REALLY busy few weeks was getting more comfortable saying, "I need help with this." That's surprisingly hard when you're used to running your own business because you start believing you're supposed to know how to solve everything yourself But there were creative problems during this role where asking somebody more experienced a question saved me a ridiculous amount of time 😅 I'm starting to see asking for help as a skill instead of evidence that I don't know enough If somebody has already spent years solving the problem sitting in front of me, I don't get extra points for struggling alone until I eventually reach the same answer I still want to become somebody who can figure things out independently, I just don't want independence turning into an ego that makes learning slower 🧐 #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity
