21 year old - Palate - stewed fruit, more darker than the nose. Some toffee, baking spices. A little smoke, oak, buttered toast. Satsuma. #BenromachWhisky

21 year old - Nose - quite juicy for 21 years, fruit punch with a slice of orange. Chocolate, a little bonfire smoke #BenromachWhisky

15 year old - Palate - similar to the 12 but dialed down. A little more oak and some nuts. As with most benromach a lovely hint of peat on the finish #BenromachWhisky

12 year old - Palate - jammy, oily, fruitcake, lovely hot of peat on the finish, this is a home run for benromach #BenromachWhisky

12 year old - Nose - the peat hits straight away then some plums and raisins. Then some sharpness #BenromachWhisky

Wine Finish - Palate - blackberry, blueberry, fruit loaf, a wisp of peat

Foresquare - Palate - Banana Bread, chocolate sponge, pineapple cubes, great ABV on this, Fanatastic #DrinkHIP

Foresquare - Nose - dark sugar, furniture polish, honeycomb, dried banana, not much experience with rum but I’m loving this #DrinkHIP

Invergordon - Palate - Baklava, lemon tart, moving towards fruit salad, with a little oak on the finish, creamy #DrinkHIP

Invergordon 28 - Nose - Custard, pencil shavings, coconut, honeydew melon #DrinkHIP

Bowmore 13 - Palate - ashy arrival, Bbq’d pineapple, lemon sherbets, smoked meat on the finish #DrinkHIP

Bowmore 13 - Nose - Smoke to start of with, damp ash, once you get past the smoke there is plenty of citrus and lemon zest, and little seaweed #DinkHIP

Tomintoul 12 - Palate - Tinned fruit, star of anise, then hot chocolate at the end #DrinkHIP

Tomintoul 12 - Nose - light baking spice, strawberry liquorice, a little nutty #DrinkHIP
