@GNRailUK you are an utter disgrace. You charge extortionate fares and then cancel the last train home which is ridiculously early and expect people to stay stranded at Kings Cross for 7 hours. Disgusting you should be ashamed @whtimes @grantshapps
Why not put in extra stops on the 23:24 departure. That would be the correct way to manage the cancellation of the last service. You are clueless and treat the passengers with absolute utter disdain @GNRailUK @whtimes @grantshapps
@British_Airways are you are aware of major disruption on the M25 earlier which prevented me from getting to Heathrow fro my flight. Went to change and told inbound journey been cancelled now and I have to buy brand new flights. Why no flexibility bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lo…
@GNRailUK hello, why have you rejected my delay repay claim when you didn’t even bother running trains until almost 8am the day after the strike. You know that is factual so this is disgusting having to make me follow up a legitimate claim

@GNRailUK when is the next train to welwyn garden city from kings cross? Showing as over an hour on the boards. Can’t one of the other services make an additional stop?
@GNRailUK there hasn’t been a train since 6pm and this shows it’s going to be over and hour and a half to wait.
