Defending a one goal lead with that long left against Argentina was never the smartest plan.

Happiness is the old couple on the table next to me at Gatwick Wetherspoons. They are 'Playing the Sytem' as they put it by ordering one large breakfast and sharing it.... #livingthedream #winning

Just watching the @JamesBlunt documentary on netflix, well worth a watch. Always enjoyed his music and his tweets but this shows a side of him I knew nothing about, fair play to him great viewing.

Think someone on Big Brother needs to look up the word celebrity #CBBUK

#MKDENG watching @England has always been a rollercoaster...... but that was a shocking watch. Pundits trying to put a positive spin on them is more than cringe worthy.

A great offload by @AlcesterRFC fly half Ed Gough #Rugby #rfu #englandrugby #offload #sport instagram.com/reel/CzuDR6bIg…

Couple of things I have noticed since the switch from twitter to X. I don't feel engaged anymore, sounds stupid but I felt more connected to twitter and it's old logo. Since the move to X when I do log on I spend my time blocking bots in large numbers :(

Nice walk followed by a beer in the pub garden earlier before it shot up in temperature

If you like grassroots rugby and enjoy seeing a club who enjoy themselves on and off the pitch then these guys are worth a view #rugby #grassrootsrugby tiktok.com/@arfctiktok?_t=8b…

Some days are good days and some days are bad days...... Today was a bad day

A tad cold this morning, the car was like a block of ice

Just started a new book, a lot of good reviews so I thought I would give it a go #alwayslearning #everydayisaschoolday #BookTwitter #reading #ryanholiday

Another great win for a team who keep on getting better and better #alcesterrfc #rfu #Rugby #winning

A great first try for the 1st team, pretty impressive try given it was late in the game,in bad conditions, he is a 2nd row (played backrow) and was the youngest player on the pitch #Rugby #Rugbyunion #rfu

First game of 2023,first game in a month and the boys done well. A very nice away bonus point win #Rugby #winning
