And yet we are not allowed to share our experiences of working with him while the trial is underway.....

Another Police rapist found guilty. It's no wonder only a small percentage of allegations make it to trial when you consider who's investigating the complaints to begin with.

I'm convinced there's a not insignificant number of serving officers that only joined Police Scotland because they believed using the Police National Computer to identify vulnerable women was cheaper than a Tinder subscription and had fewer restrictions. #InstitutionallyMisogynistic #FailureToVet
'Look, he might have been a rapist before but that's all in the past now.'
Where do you even begin with that logic.
If the BBC was a genuine public service broadcaster, and not Pravda dressed by Savile Row, less people would have binned the license. As a result, they only have themselves to blame for the funding shortfall. It's also difficult to have sympathy for the propagandists from the "news" desk that are being made redundant who contributed to their own demise.
They should write 'self-inflicted' on the broadcasters death certificate.
BBC SCOTLAND
Morale drops to rock bottom
BBC Scotland presenter Anne McAlpine has announced she is leaving after 14 years. She has become one of BBC Scotland's main hosts, fronting its flagship news programme 'Reporting Scotland'.
However, the 40-year-old announced she is leaving her role and "heading into a new chapter".
"There have been elections and documentaries, Eòrpa and An Là, farms and parliaments, planes and boats, live television and long days in places I never expected to find myself - from Chernobyl to the Calais camp. I've covered news, weather, politics, sport, culture and rural life, collected an impressive number of hats, and accumulated more tales than I know what to do with."
Meanwhile, it was revealed that nearly 50,000 Scots stopped paying their TV licence fee over the past year.
Former BBC Scotland business and economy editor Douglas Fraser slammed the broadcaster for the cuts, warning that more stars are in the "firing line".
"Uncertainty is high: morale is low. Nine people are senior presenters at present. When the music stops, there will be seven seats left," Fraser wrote in a Substack post.
"Among those in the firing line are the ubiquitous Martin Geissler, radio veterans Gary Robertson and Hayley Millar, Fiona Stalker, who was previously a reporter in Aberdeen, plus 'all the Lauras': Goodwin, Maciver, Maxwell and Miller."
A spokesperson for the BBC said: "As announced earlier this year, the BBC needs to save at least £500million over the next three years across the organisation.
"BBC Scotland is making proportionate savings, and a review across all of our departments is ongoing as part of the process."
Following on from the lamentable actions of "journalist" @KennyFarq in ignoring the biggest political scandal in modern times I thought a series of other missed opportunities for the bold Kenny are in order.
Was it something I said?
As a "journalist" I'm surprised @KennyFarq doesn't see what's happened as a 'Watergate' moment.
A conspiracy to imprison an innocent man. A process 'tainted with apparent bias', the complainers rewarded financially, promoted beyond their ability, conspirators gerrymandered into seats. All that against a backdrop of a demonstrably corrupt judicial system headed by a Lord Advocate that sits in cabinet.
This should be the stuff of wet dreams to any investigative journalist. I guess he's just a washed out old hack not wanting to rock the gravy boat.

Of course he does. They're two snakes in a deadly embrace. The keepers of each other’s secrets. Any criticism is performative.

To those responding to this thread that rogue Police officers cannot use the PNC to facilitate the abuse of vulnerable women, this is an extract from the news report about serial rapist PC Alan Greer.
