Washington now, and Washington after Trump and Vance get it put out! (my fireman days) MAGA @DonaldTrump @JDVance
All, thanks to good people in this world, I'm a little further back from the edge, but still close. I've been hit hard and knocked down many times in life, but never had to ask for help like this (humility is hard). I've always tried to help others, then I got blindsided. I'm not begging, I'm just saying that anything ($1, $5, $10) helps me, is deeply appreciated, and I promise to 'pay it forward' when I'm back up (and yes, I'm a Vet, but I also fought that fire and many others).
Also, If you feel it in your heart, please share the link with others, groups, etc.! Feel free to message me if you want to know I'm real.

Every time a Muslim stands up in Congress and tells us that they will change the constitution, impeach our president, or vote for socialism...just remember...You said you would never forget.
They said they would destroy us from within.
Let that sink in.

Rep. Randy Fine @RepFine has introduced the āNo Sharia Actā to ensure that no U.S. court or public institution can ever legitimize Sharia law.
The need for this legislation is obvious, and URGENT.
In Houston, Imam F. Qasim ibn Ali Khan was caught on video going store to store threatening Muslim business owners if they didnāt remove pork, alcohol, or gambling since Islam considers those things to be āHARAMā. That is open intimidation and an attempt to enforce Islamic law on American soil.
Law enforcement should investigate everyone who is promoting Sharia Law in America immediately, and Congress must pass the No Sharia Act to make sure Islamic supremacy NEVER takes root in our country.
With my IT experience and skills, I'm fed up with what the whole IT hiring process has become since "American Worker Displacement" has reached such a ridiculous overall High. I've witnessed it all first hand. So this is now my LI bio line. We'll see how it goes. For the right opportunity and company I would be a "tremendous" addition, otherwise they can just not waste my time!

It's time to chimp louder than ever before about the H1b backtracking. Non-stop.
100k yearly fee, per employee.
Apply it to current workers at the very least at renewals. NO GRANDFATHERING.
This policy defines America first. They need to know we not only support it, but we demand it. We need our job market back. We need to take back STEM. The plan, as written now, will do very little. It's throwing a glass of water on a blazing house fire.
Yell loud.
Now that the facts seem to be coming out, everyone needs to wake up, there is still a long way to go! xitter.cf/PressSec/status/196949ā¦

To be clear:
1.) This is NOT an annual fee. Itās a one-time fee that applies only to the petition.
2.) Those who already hold H-1B visas and are currently outside of the country right now will NOT be charged $100,000 to re-enter.
H-1B visa holders can leave and re-enter the country to the same extent as they normally would; whatever ability they have to do that is not impacted by yesterdayās proclamation.
3.) This applies only to new visas, not renewals, and not current visa holders.
It will first apply in the next upcoming lottery cycle.

Why did you delete your post @GuntherEagleman?
Are you even an American in America?
Linked-In has become a joke for anyone seeking work in Tech, but you can definitely use it to see just how bad the job market is and how thousands are in the same boat.

I plan on beating Senator Cornyn, Attorney General Ken Paxton and Colin Allred
While you are out celebrating Labor Day, many Texans do not have that luxury.
They have seen their good paying jobs sent to other countries.
They have learned to code only to see a tidal wave of nonimmigrant workers on visas like the H-1B imported to take those jobs as well.
Leaving them homeless, or nearly homeless.
Governor Abbott brags each month about how many jobs Texas has created, but he won't tell you that 50% of them go to foreign born workers imported to take jobs from Texans.
I've heard from graduates of MIT and the mothers of students who graduated at the top of their class and they all have one thing in common.
Those students can't buy an interview even though they are Americans and the best we have to offer.
This is wrong no matter how you look at it, and while Governor Abbott and Senator Cornyn continue to advocate to import workers from India, Americans like the Young Republicans of Texas are standing up and saying enough.
Neither Cornyn, Paxton or Allred will address this topic.
The state of Texas hires contractors who will not hire Americans to work on those projects, and pays them with taxpayer money.
How does that Benefit Texas or Texans?
Many will pretend this issue does not exist.
A few will grab that bull by the horns and run with it.
I'm nobody.
I have no funds
But I have one thing on my side that Paxton, Cornyn, and Allred do not.
People are pissed that their leadership is not addressing these issues.
I could use your help,

When I was harassed, discriminated against, and retaliated against, it took over three months just to get an appointment with the California Civil Rights Division five for the EEOC. Then it took months more before my charges were accepted and in the meantime, there was nothing but radio silence.
The breaking point came when a California Civil Rights Division mediator, who was a Asian first generation American, told me I couldnāt have been discriminated against because I was a WHITE AMERICAN and I should just settle my case and not waist resources that should go to minorities. That moment nearly destroyed my faith in the system.
Out of desperation, I turned to the Department of Justiceās Immigrant and Employee Rights Section (IER) and filed one last charge. I had emails from my former employerās executives admitting they laid off Americans, wanted to conceal it from the government so they could keep getting green cards for foreign workers, and kept recruitment running during a so-called PERM pause so they wouldnāt have to offer Americans their jobs back. I thought if anything could move regulators, that kind of direct evidence would.
Thatās when the DOJ IER restored my faith. They responded within three days, interviewed me in two, and accepted my charges that same week. More importantly, they showed empathy, respect, and attentiveness. They patiently answered hundreds of my questions and helped me understand my rights under immigration law.
Since that first charge, Iāve filed many more against discriminatory employers and helped others file theirs. The truth is, these companies have gotten away with discrimination for years because Americans who arenāt immigrants donāt realize they have rights under immigration laws and the employers exploited that for profit.
I have the greatest respect for the DOJ Civil Rights Department. šŗš²
