You are missing the whole point with your myopic vision. Maybe it’s my fault for not explaining well.

This is a ridiculous take. @FoxNews is pure propaganda.
Other Networks never ignored conservatives, they just didn't lie to them, and conservatives went where they were being told what they wanted to hear: That their problems are the fault of Hillary, immigrants etc. Pure lies.

True story about @FoxNews and @CBSNews
In network newsrooms, they typically had other networks playing on television monitors in the newsroom. That was a way they kind of kept track of what the others were doing.
As 24 hour cable news was invented, we began adding them to the repertoire. CNN, MSNBC, CNBC could be seen on monitors in the newsroom and individual reporters' offices.
Then, along came FOX.
I had just begun assignment at the CBS News Washington DC bureau and was interested in the new network. I quickly noticed that FOX had interesting news items sometimes day before the rest of us would pick them up!
It seemed to me that we and the other networks weren't monitoring FOX News in real time the way we were obsessively watching other news outlets.
Since nobody else seemed to be doing it, I put FOX News on my monitor in my office.
Newsrooms are funny because there is a lot of group think and you'd think it would be the opposite.
I'm pretty sure I got pegged negatively by some colleagues because I had FOX News on my monitor.
The fact is, I was being a responsible news monitor. Nobody else was. I would go into the newsroom and point out stories they had that were good. I would point out examples where we and others would pick up the same story days later.
Meantime, FOX News took off audience-wise.
One day Les Moonves, who was president and CEO of CBS Television, came to the Washington Bureau. This may be the only time I remember meeting with him there. He called a newsroom meeting in the conference room.
Les saw something was happening with the FOX News phenomenon. He posed a question to the room regarding the expanding, exploding Fox audience.
"Is FOX News touching upon something we should be paying attention to or is it just pandering to conservatives?"
I know what I thought. FOX News was touching something important. Until then, the news had widely been produced for a largely, though not exclusively, liberal audience. If we began diversifying our range and voices, we could pluck into that audience-- and heaven knows we needed audience!
I didn't speak up at the meeting. I was the new kid on the block and nobody really wanted to hear what I had to say, in my opinion.
Other correspondents and producer did speak up in one unified voice. "They're just pandering to conservatives." "Nothing to pay attention to."
I think we all missed an opportunity way back then to recognize we were too often talking past half of America, or a least a sizable chunk.
All news outlets have our strengths and flaws, but FOX News resulted in making us examine ourselves and, at times, reluctantly cover stories and issues that we tried to ignore.
Congratulations to Fox News for 30 years of work!

Okay Oklahoma I bit the bullet and watched the debate. @MazzeiMike won hands down. @CyndiMunsonOK was nasty and attacked Mazzei in her opening and closing statement then acted like a victim when Mazzei pointed out some of the things she's for. Munson is an emotional wreck and not right for Oklahoma.
Also, the fake news media had to make it about them with a question about funding OETA. They think they're WAY more important than they really are. You can't hate the enemy of the people enough. @OETAOK

On a personal note…speaking as an American and not as a journalist…I was overwhelmed with deep emotion and overwhelming pride observing close up President Trump’s military review with President Xi of China today in the Rose Garden.
Seeing President Trump, Vice President Vance, the First and Second Ladies and Cabinet members standing alongside President Xi’s delegation (who look like my ancestors).
I was closely watching our American leaders’ faces and I think they were feeling the same way I was.
Watching the great members of our military march and perform.
Seeing this up close at the White House right there in the Rose Garden.
On a personal level I can’t believe how blessed I am to be a member of the White House Press Pool in a time such as this.
…because my soul gets to be touched & reminded in moments like these how insanely beautiful it is to be an American.

Since you can’t seem to remember how blessed you are let me school your muthafuckin miserable ass.
You are married to the first Black president in American history.
You are the first Black First Lady in American history.
Because of that, you and Barack left the White House with a net worth of over $100 million.
Your Black ass got a multi-million-dollar book deal.
You and your gay ass husband walked away with a $60 million Netflix deal.
Yall own mansions.
Yall own beachfront property.
Yall own stock in major corporations.
Yalls kids and grandkids and great grandkids are set for life.
And yet you got the muthafuckin nerve to still be going on that fucked up podcast of yours whining like you picking cotton in 1855 instead of sipping champagne in Martha’s Vineyard.
No Black American woman will ever be as privileged as you are bitch.
So sit your ungrateful, race-hustling ass down and thank the country you spent 8 years shitting on.

The least you could do is shut the fuck up and smile about it ho.

HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM:
This is a well written and thought out article written by a 26 yr old college student by the name of Alyssa Ahlgren, who's in grad school for her MBA.
What a GREAT perspecitve...
My Generation Is Blind to the Prosperity Around Us!
I'm sitting in a small coffee shop near Nokomis (Florida) trying to think of what to write about. I scroll through my newsfeed on my phone looking at the latest headlines of presidential candidates calling for policies to "fix" the so-called injustices of capitalism. I put my phone down and continue to look around.
I see people talking freely, working on their MacBook's, ordering food they get in an instant, seeing cars go by outside, and it dawned on me. We live in the most privileged time in the most prosperous nation and we've become completely blind to it.
Vehicles, food, technology, freedom to associate with whom we choose. These things are so ingrained in our American way of life we don't give them a second thought.
We are so well off here in the United States that our poverty line begins 31 times above the global average. Thirty One Times!!!
Virtually no one in the United States is considered poor by global standards. Yet, in a time where we can order a product off Amazon with one click and have it at our doorstep the next day, we are unappreciative, unsatisfied, and ungrateful. ??
Our unappreciation is evident as the popularity of socialist policies among my generation continues to grow.
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently said to Newsweek talking about the millennial generation, "An entire generation, which is now becoming one of the largest electorates in America, came of age and never saw American prosperity."
Never saw American prosperity! Let that sink in.
When I first read that statement, I thought to myself, that was quite literally the most entitled and factually illiterate thing I've ever heard in my 26 years on this earth.
Many young people agree with her, which is entirely misguided.
My generation is being indoctrinated by a mainstream narrative to actually believe we have never seen prosperity. I know this first hand, I went to college, let's just say I didn't have the popular opinion, but I digress.
Why then, with all of the overwhelming evidence around us, evidence that I can even see sitting at a coffee shop, do we not view this as prosperity? We have people who are dying to get into our country.
People around the world destitute and truly impoverished. Yet, we have a young generation convinced they've never seen prosperity, and as a result, we elect some politicians who are dead set on taking steps towards abolishing capitalism.
Why? The answer is this,?? my generation has only seen prosperity. We have no contrast. We didn't live in the great depression, or live through two world wars, the Korean War, The Vietnam War or we didn't see the rise and fall of socialism and communism.
We don't know what it's like to live without the internet, without cars, without smartphones. We don't have a lack of prosperity problem. We have an entitlement problem, an ungratefulness problem, and it's spreading like a plague."

Last night, the joke stopped.
Gutfeld’s grin turned into an expression of pure, unadulterated fury.
Greg Gutfeld — the man America tunes in to for laughs, for levity, for a break from the madness — sat in his chair under the studio lights and did something he's never done before.
He didnt even try to make a joke…
Because what he said was so deathly serious, he needed to get every word out DIRECTLY before the Network executives shut him down.
GUTFELD LIVE ON AIR:
“There are moments in history where things hang in the balance and when these moments come, it takes courage, it takes resolve, and it takes leadership to stand up for our way of life. Doesn't it feel like we're in such a moment? The problem today is the enemies within.”
The studio went cold.
Because every producer in that room knew what they were hearing wasn't a bit. It wasn't a segment. It was a SIREN.
And the alarm was for YOU.
Gutfeld wasn't talking about a foreign enemy. He wasn't talking about a border crisis or a trade deal or a policy debate.
He was talking about a war. A war for the soul of this nation. A war being fought not on some distant battlefield — but inside the walls of your own children's classrooms.
And he didn’t stop there. He pointed you directly to the most deadly threat in America today…
"It's pure indoctrination… Five-year-old kids being taught that white people and America is irredeemably evil — you want a terrorist training camp? You've got one. America gets betrayed before kids even reach first grade."
This is what the Radical Left has built while Patriots weren't watching. Not an education system — an indoctrination machine. Designed to dissolve your children's love for their country before they even learn to write their own names.
And Gutfeld explained EXACTLY how it happens:
"They're brainwashing teachers to obsess over white supremacy and racism in little children… there's lots of secret bigotry lurking in playing with blocks and duck, duck, goose."
The people we trust to teach our kids to read, to write, to think — are being conditioned to see your children not as students but as suspects. Racists-in-waiting. Bigots who haven't bloomed yet.
And if you object? If you push back?
You're the problem.
Gutfeld:
"Academic achievement is a marker of white privilege."
Read that again.
They're telling children that being smart is a symptom of racism. That excelling is evidence of oppression. That the very values that built this country — hard work, merit, excellence — are marks of white supremacy.
But this isn’t just a matter of indoctrination.
This is a theft of something deeply critical to the spirit of our nation and of our children.
For 250 years, brave men and women have fought and bloodied the soil beneath their feet to eradicate the idea that skin color determines your destiny…
That the content of your character only matters if your skin color is the right shade.
Its a matter of SPIRITUAL importance that our children aren’t view as hollow vessels for racial resentment and Leftist hatred.
But that’s exactly why they don't want God in the classroom. They don't want America in the history books. They want your children to believe that the country their grandparents bled for is evil — and that the only path to redemption is to tear it all down.
Patriot, this is not hyperbole. This is a five-alarm fire — and the flames are licking at the foundations of everything you love.
The Left has the unions. They have the bureaucrats. They have the media. They have the institutional power.
Their entire strategy depends on secrecy, denial, and your silence. Their entire plan to incinerate America's future relies on people like YOU staying in the dark about what's really happening inside those classroom walls.
And Greg Gutfeld just dragged it all into the light.
But they don't have YOU. Not yet. And that's what terrifies them.
Because when Patriots rise when parents refuse to surrender, when Americans refuse to be silenced — the entire machine collapses.
Every day this continues, another classroom falls. Another generation of children gets fed the poison. Another piece of America's soul gets carved away.
Souls have already been lost. More are being targeted right now, while you read this.
Gutfeld made his choice. He sounded the alarm. He told the truth.
Now every parent, grandparent, Christian, Conservative, and America First Patriot has a choice to make:
Will we stand by while the Radical Left poisons our children's minds and torches our nation's heritage?
Will we watch while every classroom becomes a training camp for anti-American hatred?
Or will we rise up and FIGHT BACK?
Because if Patriots do not answer this moment with overwhelming force, the country that our children deserve to inherit will be destroyed from the inside out.

I support a mosque being built anywhere in the US. I think it should be the goal of every American to be tolerant regardless of their religious beliefs.
To promote tolerance, I would also propose that two nightclubs be opened next door to the mosque. We could call one of the clubs, which would be gay, The Turban Cowboy and the other, a topless bar, would be called You Mecca Me Hot.
Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork and across the street, an open-pit barbecue pork restaurant, called Iraq of Ribs.
We could also have a lingerie store called Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret and a liquor store called Mohammered.
All of this would encourage Muslims to demonstrate the tolerance they demand of us.
Yes we should promote tolerance, and you can do your part by passing this on. 😎 I did my part 😉or we can just send them back to where ever they came from.....

Remember with me
September 10, 2026
One year ago, Charlie Kirk was taken from us.
And I keep coming back to one question: What is the legacy of a man?
I think it’s what remains alive in other people after he’s gone.
Charlie awakened courage in other people. He taught truth that we refuse to surrender. The conviction he lived with made us bolder. His faith helped us trust God a little deeper.
That’s legacy.
People talk about “filling the void” when someone dies, but maybe some voids aren’t supposed to be filled. You don’t replace a human being.
The chair is empty. The silence hurts. The absence is painful. But you don’t fill the void.
You learn to live around it.
You grieve. You remember. You tell the stories. You laugh at the memories. You thank God for the time you had.
And then, eventually, grief becomes responsibility.
Because honoring someone cannot simply mean remembering what they did. At some point it has to mean deciding what we will do with what they left us.
Charlie finished his race. Ours isn’t finished.
The greatest tribute we can give him isn’t another photograph, memorial, speech or post.
Maybe it’s refusing to waste the days he no longer has.
Use the days to….
Tell the truth.
Raise your children.
Love your family.
Defend what is good.
Stand when it would be easier to sit.
Speak when silence would be safer.
Open your Bible.
Share the Gospel.
Build something worth leaving behind.
And don’t wait until “someday” to become courageous.
A man’s legacy isn’t measured simply by how many people remember his name.
It’s measured by how many people live differently because he lived.
That’s how you carry someone’s torch.
You don’t become them.
You become more faithful to what God called you to be because you watched them be faithful to what God called them to be.
An assassin could take Charlie’s life.
He could not take back the words Charlie had already spoken.
He could not unteach the people Charlie had taught.
He could not erase the courage Charlie had inspired.
He could not extinguish the faith Charlie confessed.
And he certainly could not defeat the Christ Charlie proclaimed.
So yes, one year later, there is still a void.
There should be.
The void reminds us that Charlie was here.
But so is the fire.
And that’s the thing about a torch:
The man carrying it may fall.
The flame doesn’t have to.
Rest well, Charlie.
We’ll carry it from here.

From Karl Streed -
I BET YOU DIDN'Y KNOW ABOUT THIS: AFTER FLIGHT 77 HIT THE PENTAGON ON 9/11, THE FOLLOWING HAPPENED.
A daycare facility inside the Pentagon had many children, including infants who were in heavy cribs. The daycare supervisor, looking at all the children they needed to evacuate, was in a panic over what they could do.
There were many children, mostly toddlers, as well as the infants who would need to be taken out with the cribs. There was no time to try to bundle them into carriers and strollers.
Just then a young Marine came running into the center and asked what they needed. After hearing what the center director was trying to do, he ran back out into the hallway and disappeared. The director thought, "Well, here we are, on our own."
About 2 minutes later, that Marine returned with 40 other Marines in tow.
Each of them grabbed a crib with a child, and the rest started gathering up toddlers.
The director and her staff then helped them take all the children out of the center and down toward the park near the Potomac .
Once they got about 3/4 of a mile outside the building, the Marines stopped in the park, and then did a fabulous thing - they formed a circle with the cribs, which were quite sturdy and heavy, like the covered wagons in the Old West.
Inside this circle of cribs, they put the toddlers, to keep them from wandering off.
Outside this circle were the 40 Marines, forming a perimeter around the children and waiting for instructions. There they remained until the parents could be notified and come get their children.
The chaplain then said, "I don't think any of us saw nor heard of this on any of the news stories of the day. It was an incredible story of our men there.” There wasn't a dry eye in the room.
The thought of those Marines and what they did and how fast they reacted; could we expect any less from them? It was one of the most touching stories from the Pentagon.
It's the military, not the politicians that ensures our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It's the military who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag.
If you care to offer the smallest token of recognition and appreciation for the military, please pass this on and pray for our men and women, who have served and are currently serving our country, and honor the memory of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice!
God Bless The USA!
Never forget!!!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The account of 40 Marines rushing to evacuate Pentagon daycare children in cribs and form a protective perimeter like covered wagons on 9/11 is a debunked fictional story that first circulated years later.

Not really. Those of us who grew up before 9/11 remember what our country was like before our government responded to it by launching two of the dumbest wars in our history and then using the results of those wars to flood the West with the very kind of demonic inbred retards behind 9/11.
You can’t understand the rage we feel because you have no concept of what we lost as a people. It wasn’t just the violence of that day, which was horrific in itself. It wasn’t just watching people hurl themselves off of buildings on live television just to avoid being burned alive. It wasn’t just hearing the phone calls and voicemails from people who knew they would be dead within minutes. That would be more than enough to scar a generation.
But on top of that, we had to watch the best of us then get sent off to be blown up in wars our government had zero interest in winning. All while watching our country be flooded with people who were no different than the hijackers, and then being told we were racist for having a problem with that.
We grew up at the peak of peace and prosperity and cultural cohesion in the greatest country on earth. And we saw all of it thrown away after 9/11 because the people in charge of our country thought never-ending wars, infinity immigration, and surveillance of its own people was better than being called mean by people who already wanted us dead.

Not Bad for a Bunch of Old Folks
They tag us with the label "The Elderly." Fair enough. The gray hairs outnumber the rest, the knees lodge a formal protest on every staircase, and standing up from an armchair produces sound effects like a transmission slipping into reverse. But that label misses the real story entirely.
We are the very last generation that holds the memory of an analog planet. We grew up when "Googling" something was impossible because the word didn't exist. If curiosity struck, you pulled a heavy volume of the encyclopedia off the shelf or tracked down someone who genuinely knew their stuff.
Childhood was an outdoor sport. The curfew was the flicker of the streetlights. Water came straight from the garden hose, disputes were settled right on the driveway instead of in a comment section, and our social network was simply called the front porch.
We gathered around fuzzy black-and-white screens to watch footprints planted on the Moon. We listened to music on vinyl, bulky 8-tracks, magnetic tapes, shiny compact discs, and now out of thin air via invisible radio waves.
Romance didn't come from an algorithm; it came from looking someone in the eye. We waited a week for a handwritten letter without flinching, while folks today lose their composure if a text message sits unread for forty seconds.
In a single lifetime, we crossed the chasm from rotary dials to pocket computers, manual typewriters to artificial intelligence, and folded paper roadmaps to a dashboard voice politely informing us we missed the turn. And through every single leap, we didn't get left behind—we adapted.
We bridged two centuries, navigated monumental shifts in history and technology, buried dear friends, welcomed new generations, and earned the perspective to know that tomorrow's catastrophe is rarely remembered next year.
We aren't museum pieces. We're living proof that you can welcome the future without surrendering common sense.
So whenever someone smiles and calls us "elderly," smile right back. Behind that word is an entire era of grit, evolution, and grace.
Not bad at all for a bunch of old folks.
