I don't dispute that the climate is changing. The planet gets hotter and sometimes cooler. It's always been like that.
My issue with the climate change crowd is that you think man is responsible for the temperature.
I can't go there.

If he had simply been transferred to ICE custody in 2023 after his robbery arrest, he could've been deported in an orderly fashion without any drama.
Instead he was released to commit more crime, and ultimately to the inevitable confrontation with ICE yesterday.
Make no mistake, this incident is ENTIRELY the fault of New York's insane sanctuary policies that deliberately protect criminals, and the criminal himself. Period.
The Democrat solution is to abolish ICE and all immigration enforcement, so violent criminals like this are free to continually terrorize ordinary people, with no legal consequences whatsoever.
NYPD commissioner Jessica Tish confirmed tonight that the Dominican illegal alien ICE shot during a targeted operation has two prior NYPD arrests, one for robbery in 2023, which led to him pleading guilty to 4th degree grand larceny, and another for criminal sale of a controlled substance, which is still pending.
His name is Oscar Bergdahl, and some NY Democratic politicians are now rushing to his defense, demanding his release, and calling for ICE to be abolished entirely.
The facts and details of what led up the shooting are still unclear. We will see if there’s any ICE bodycam.

Reminder to Scott Wiener: Your silly state laws have no force or effect on federal agents. We already struck down your laws trying to regulate federal officers (remember how you lost in the Ninth Circuit trying to unmask and ID our agents).
Intimidating federal agents and interfering with their operations is a federal felony. We will arrest and charge anyone who gets in the way of their enforcement of immigration laws passed by Congress. Govern accordingly.

🚨 BREAKING: Becerra PULLS OUT of tomorrow's LA Times debate.
The move comes after a new poll found CNN debate viewers favored Hilton 74% to 20%.
In August, Becerra promised MULTIPLE debates. Now after losing the first, he's back in hiding—taking voters for granted. Pathetic!

People forget that @realDonaldTrump's #1 campaign promise was to Make America Great Again. The opposition told us to point to a time when America was great that we're trying to get back to. Well...

Government corruption is at a 20-year low.
Poverty rate is at an ALL-TIME RECORD low.
Death rate is at an ALL-TIME RECORD low.

The truth is that #MAGA wasn't about returning America to a single point in time, it was about returning each thing possible to a time when it was better or surpassing it.
Now you have the safest streets in a century, the strongest household balance sheets on record, and the tightest border in modern history, and this administration has put them in the same country, at the same time.
Name a single year that beat all of that. You can't.

CNN Biased Against Trump? Surely, You Jest | Larry Elder, HotAir
On ABC's "This Week," hosted by Martha Raddatz, Attorney General Todd Blanche complained about what he described as "false" reporting by CNN. Raddatz said, "Give us an example." Blanche replied: "Wait, give you an example of when CNN doesn't report accurately? You cannot be asking me that."
It is not just the false reporting. It is the thinly veiled contempt:
"There is overwhelming evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the election ... They did collude with the Russians." -- Ryan Lizza, CNN political analyst, May 8, 2017
"There has also been evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia." -- John Vause, CNN anchor, Feb. 21, 2018
"Right now, let me tell you, there was collusion." -- Chris Cuomo, "Cuomo Prime Time," March 13, 2019
"Some pundits are saying that this is the equivalent of when President Trump suggested both the white supremacists and those protesting the white supremacists were very fine people on both sides." -- Jake Tapper, "CNN Newsroom," about Trump's press conference with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, July 16, 2018
"According to the president, the neo-Nazis who marched in Charlottesville are very fine people." -- Laura Coates, guest host "Don Lemon Tonight," CNN, June 29, 2020

Chris Cuomo: "Yes."
Lemon: "But bigots embolden him as well. There are many. Not all of his supporters are bigots. I'm not saying that. But there are people who are out there who don't stand up to this president. And so, what category does that put you in if you don't stand up to this president?" -- Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo, "Don Lemon Tonight," CNN, July 29, 2019
Jake Tapper: "How do you think it makes little kids with stutters feel when they see you make a comment like that?"
Lara Trump: "First and foremost, I had no idea Joe Biden ever suffered from a stutter ..."
Tapper: "I think that you were mocking his stutter."
Lara Trump: "... I had no idea Joe Biden ..."
Tapper: "Yes, I think you were mocking his stutter."
L. Trump: "Of course I wasn't, Jake. Wow."
Tapper: "And I think you have absolutely no standing to diagnose somebody's cognitive decline, especially ..."
L. Trump: "I'm not diagnosing. I'm saying that we see the Joe Biden of today is not the Joe Biden of five years ago, of 10 years ago."
Tapper: "I would think that somebody in the Trump family would be more sensitive to people who do not have medical licenses diagnosing politicians from afar ..." -- Lara Trump's interview with Jake Tapper on CNN's "State of the Union," Oct. 18, 2020
"There's a lot about the story that does not add up. ... And Trump has been hyping the drama for days on end. And this is how it goes on and on." -- Brian Stelter, "Reliable Sources," on the Hunter Biden laptop story, CNN, Oct. 18, 2020

All gov't bureaucracies are ... "staffed by individuals whose career advancement depends on expanding the agency's reach, never on serving you efficiently."
* much less on solving any of the problems they were created to address
Power selects for a specific personality type, and it is not yours.
F.A. Hayek spelled this out in 1944. In a centrally planned system, the people who rise are not the most competent or the most honest. They are the most willing to exercise force against strangers, the most comfortable with contradiction, and the most skilled at coalition-building through favors rather than merit. Government filters for the bad ones from the start.
The mechanism is straightforward. Political power means controlling resources you did not earn. Capturing that control requires outcompeting rivals who have no ethical constraints. A principled candidate refuses to promise contradictory things to different voter blocs. An unprincipled one does it without blinking. The unprincipled one wins. Repeat this selection pressure across hundreds of electoral cycles and you get the U.S. Congress in 2026: a body where the average member has held office for over a decade, raised millions from interested parties, and delivered almost nothing measurable to the people who voted for them.
Bureaucracy compounds the problem. Once entrenched, state agencies attract people who want authority without accountability. You cannot fire most of them. The FDA, the TSA, the Federal Reserve all function this way, staffed by individuals whose career advancement depends on expanding the agency's reach, never on serving you efficiently.

Good luck with that! 😂 The Supreme Court has already ruled on this issue multiple times over the last 5 decades. Reporters are not guaranteed access to the White House and the President.
It's not illegal to mandate who can and who cannot enter government buildings.
They did this with the Pentagon last year. Even Conservative networks were kicked out, and it is still that way.
