Great to see and read that @NavPMishra our local MP is having meetings and trying to get @StockportMBC to get funding to restore the fenced off and almost derelict once beautiful Reddish Library & Fire Station complex. Maybe for apartments and a new Community centre. ? ?

Nice couple of hours out at The Peacock Railway Nantwich today. Twice round the long Steam track, £1. Value. ! And a nice little cafe too.

Launching for the first time last season, the tour lasts around 1-1.5 hours (traffic depending) and brings passengers right into the heart of more than a million lights before returning to the Tower.
Tours currently run at 20:00 from Tuesday – Sunday, plus 18:30 during October half-term.
