PSA If you have “mild” COVID, still rest. Viruses are funny illnesses - they don’t improve with stamina training, they often get worse. Don’t be anxious about Long Covid but do be vigilant of protecting yourself from it. Just rest. - love the ghost of post-viral illness future.
