Massive missile strike on Kiev overnight and into the morning. Apparently the remaining Patriot battery was hit. Patriot PAC-3 missiles fell in various places around the city. Won't be long now before US allies cancel their orders for additional Patriot systems.

Patriots have been utterly worthless everywhere they have been deployed. M-777s have been completely worthless in Ukraine. The overwhelming majority of those delivered have been destroyed (~150+). They can only sustain fire for a few days before they become mechanically inoperable. Extremely unreliable gun. Bradley will be a death trap for those poor souls forced to ride in it. If the AFU actually attempts a Hail Mary offensive, we'll start to see dozens of images of shattered Bradleys every week. The Abrams is a maintenance nightmare, and far too heavy for the Ukraine battlefield. Plus, even the Taliban destroyed M1-A2s in Afghanistan. Also, the Russian T-90M is superior to the Abrams. Javelins are mostly worthless against tanks, but work well against pick up trucks. They are also notoriously unreliable. The Ukrainians have discarded them by the hundreds because they suck. Unless the MANPAD operator gets lucky and a helicopter flies right over the top of him, the Stingers have been almost entirely neutralized in this war. It's 50-year-old technology that is easily defeated. Several of the NASAMS have already been destroyed. I'm not aware of any successes they have had.

It's hilarious how a large portion of the western commentariat is now running with the "Patriot systems shot down Russia's invincible Kinzhal hypersonic missiles" meme. Once again: If you can't win a real war, win an imaginary one.
