Episode 10: From Raw Data to Business Decision
I started with a question: What is driving supermarket sales performance?
I clean the data, analyzed it in Excel, identified patterns, built an interactive dashboard, and explored possible business actions.

Your content calendar needs more than content ideas.
Add 3 columns:
→ Business goal: What do we want to achieve?
→ Post purpose: Why does this post matter?
→ Desired action: What should the audience do next?

Data analytics streak Day 97 🔥
Still on "PARTITION BY"
I'm still practicing and getting more confident, even though I'm not fully comfortable with it yet.

Data analytics streak Day 96 🔥
Today I started learning "PARTITION BY" , Watched YouTube tutorial and practiced a bit.
Simple takeaway: "PARTITION BY" lets u group rows into categories for calculations while keeping all the rows in your results.

If your job applications always get rejected, chances are that your CV might be weak.
Now, one common reason for a weak CV is an overload of generic soft skills.
So instead of writing:
• “Good communication skills”
• “I’m a team player”
• “Excellent problem-solving skills”
• “I’m hardworking and dedicated”
• “I’m a fast learner”
• “I’m detail-oriented”
Write something that actually shows employers what you bring to the table.
For example:
Instead of “Good communication skills” → “Communicated with clients across multiple time zones to resolve inquiries and maintain strong working relationships.”
Instead of “I’m a team player” → “Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed deadlines.”
Instead of “Excellent problem-solving skills” → “Identified workflow bottlenecks and implemented changes that reduced task completion time.”
Instead of “I’m hardworking and dedicated” → Highlight the projects you completed, targets you met, or responsibilities you consistently handled.
Instead of “I’m a fast learner” → “Learned and implemented new software within two weeks to improve team productivity.”
Instead of “I’m detail-oriented” → “Maintained accurate records and identified discrepancies before they affected reporting.”
See the difference?
Stop telling employers what you think they want to hear. Start showing them evidence of what you can do.
It’s really that simple.

It’s Day 9 of our 30 Days on X challenge.
Today, let’s talk about something that can make a huge difference in your growth on this platform: ENGAGEMENT.
You can post every day, but if you’re not interacting with other people, you’re missing out on opportunities to grow.
Don’t just publish your post and disappear.
• Reply to posts in your niche.
• Leave thoughtful comments, not just “Great post!”
• Engage with creators you want to learn from.
• Join conversations where your knowledge can add value.
You don’t have to be the biggest creator in the room to get noticed. Sometimes, one thoughtful reply is all it takes to start a meaningful connection.
Remember, X is a social platform, so be social.
For the whole of today, try to spend at least 15 minutes engaging with other people before or after publishing your post.
That said, what’s your biggest challenge with engagement on X? I’d love to hear them.

Sometimes, you're not lazy. You're not even lacking discipline.
You're trying your best, showing up every day, and doing the work.
But somehow, your life still looks the same.
That part of adulthood nobody really prepares you for.
