I am doing course #SeriousSQL by @DataWithDanny . It’s very well crafted course. Various databases are setup in PostgreSQL and we run docker containers to access the databases. The course contains lots of good examples and projects to practice sql !! datawithdanny.com/courses/se…

If you want to bin your Dataframe’s values into discrete intervals, use pd.cut. The image below shows an example of this method. bit.ly/3xDEgPa #python

If you want to grab multiple files then do something with them, try fd. For example, you can -x to apply the rm command on the files that end with txt. Link to my latest article about fd: bit.ly/2RXwqAq

Stop preparing. Stop collecting books, courses, tutorials, the "best" videos, and asking the same "how do I start" questions. You are ready to start. Look at your bookmarks and take the first step.

I don't consider myself a deep learning expert by any means. There are still a lot more things I don't know than things I know (it's not even close). I've only been working with neural networks since 2009, which is a lot less than many of you.

Going LIVE from a new location tomorrow. Even though I'm technically 'on vacation' - I still somehow wake up at 5am - the best part is that I get to see the sunrise :) Topic: Cultural Challenges that Organizations Face in Becoming 'Data-Driven' Guest:…lnkd.in/dYCVAnU

A short thread that will help you understand how a useful machine learning model differs from a crappy one. (In English, without any jargon or math.) This is also the way I first understood what "overfitting" means. ↓ 1/7
