As previously announced, only the first 100,000 users would be eligible to participate in KYC Phase 1. With this milestone now reached, we have drawn the line for Phase 1 and temporarily closed access to KYC for new users. New users joining the Grey Network community and ecosystem will have to wait for KYC Phase 2. All users who joined within the first 100,000 and are participating in KYC Phase 1 will be able to complete their KYC before the stated closure date for KYC Phase 1. No Phase 1 user will be left behind. We have also increased the daily capacity for KYC Step 2, Email & OTP Verification. Previously, only 300 users could complete Step 2 each day. This has now been increased to 600 users per day. This upgrade is aimed at clearing the Step 2 queue faster and moving more Phase 1 users through the KYC process every day.
