Abbott announced 12 endorsements from local sheriffs this morning.
By mid morning, we learned one of the 12 was currently under federal indictment for public corruption.
By mid afternoon, we learned one of the 12 said he never endorsed Abbott, but was listed nonetheless.
South Texas drama: Greg Abbott initially included Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar, Henry Cuellar’s brother, on a list of Democratic sheriffs for Abbott.
Abbott’s campaign says it was a mistake and removed him from the list online.
Martin Cuellar says he asked to be removed, noting Abbott endorsed his brother’s GOP opponent, Tano Tijerina:

For the next FOUR YEARS, she reportedly worked as a waitress and cleaned houses. At 15, how was she legally working? What visa allowed her to remain in this country? Who was responsible for her immigration status? Years later, she married Matthew McConaughey and became a U.S. citizen just three years after their wedding. Did that marriage help secure her citizenship? There are a LOT of unanswered questions here. Imagine a 15-year-old Brazilian girl arriving today, and deciding she’s not going home. How would immigration authorities treat her now?

TAKING 5 MINUTES TO EXPOSE Outkick and Dan Zaksheske for targeting Angel Reese for YEARS.
When Angel got traded, Zaksheske framed her as an overrated player who GOT traded. Now, because she's kicked so much ass, he's framing it as if she's a frontrunner who sought out a winning team.
Zaksheske has targeted Angel for years and finally got next to her yesterday at WNBA Finals media.. he tried to be slick but Angel cooked him so easily that Twitter is currently trending about how she handled him with poise.
