Hey @JagexTwisted, Splashtop is a remote access tool, not a macro or bot. It mirrors real user input. We’ve seen players like @wosby_ get flagged by mistake and hope you can take a second look. Happy to help clarify anything.

I've been falsely banned for macroing on my account "Surge" I have not used any macros or botting software and need this looked into. I use splashtop daily and have done this for years.

My appeal for my account "OrangeC" was denied. I have not used any macros or used anything to cheat. Can I please have someone look into it? @JagexTwisted @JagexGoblin @JagexSupport @JagexAsh @JagexAyiza @JagexLight @JagexAthena

Hi, my appeal was denied for my account "HelplessBob". I haven't used any macros or any cheating-related software and i am requesting that someone review it as it is 100% a false ban.

I've finally been permanently locked out of one of my emails for the first time ever. Shoutout to @ProtonMail for deleting my account after just one year of inactivity!
