Massive shoutout to the entire @penguins organization for going above & beyond today by having @OttFire Firefighter Giffen’s son, Grayson, in today to watch your morning skate & meet his favourite player - Sidney Crosby. 🐧🏒
Grayson is battling cancer & had some aggressive treatments earlier this week but this definitely made his week end on a special note. 🤩
Special shoutout to Evan with the Pens who helped coordinate the visit - Thank you! 👊🏻

If you look closely, you can actually see Bryan McCabe's soul leave his body midway through the fight. 😂

At the World Relays in the spring, a reporter asked USA’s Noah Lyles if he saw Canada as a threat in the 4x100m in Paris.
“Who? Who?”
He laughed it off.
With Lyles sidelined, the USA were disqualified today and Canada won gold.

Happy 20-year anniversary to those who celebrate.
Had some fun and went old-school DGB on this one. All 419 PIM from the Sens/Flyers brawl, ranked from least to most ridiculous.
- All the fights
- Inventing a new unit of PIM measurement
- The legend of Brian Pothier
- And more
