COLD HARD FACTS: • Red Sox don’t have a single stud in their lineup • Breslow can’t get impact deals with veteran players across the finish line • Willson Contreras was their best hitter because he wasn’t a driveline guy, or a prisoner of analytics • Veteran free agents won’t want to deal with that bullshit • All the veterans in the clubhouse talk shit about Breslow • So Breslow will be hesitant to bring in more veterans • Franklin Arias has likely already been damaged by all of the analytical indoctrinations like all recent prospects before him, and it’s not gonna be pretty • Breslow won this job due to the toxic misconduct of Boston’s arrogant ownership group, and it will only get more toxic FINAL THOUGHT: There’s no reason to believe the Red Sox will win another championship in John Henry’s lifetime Cc: @skennedysox
