Crazy the improvement from 4 years ago vs today. Running is a bitch, a cold hearted bitch that takes a long time to love and respect.

Pats are going to get ran over by the hawks. They couldn’t do shit against the broncos D.

I reached my 3 Years milestone from Alcohol! #iamsober What started off as dry January has transformed into 3 years. If anyone is thinking about giving it up. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The benefits out weigh the cost.

Another Silver Falls in the books with some new running friends! Love this journey and the people I’ve connected with along the way. There is something to be said about being in the pain cave as a group vs solo. Very fortunate for the people in my life.

I hope they do high knees on the flight home tonight and lock in.

Yes. Patty cake needs to end.

Jeudy dropping an easy slant with no pressure on a 4th down is gold.

Good to Coast 2025 is a wrap! Did 5 legs this year with a total of 28.55 miles in less then 30 hours running off 4 hours of sleep and intense heatwaves. This was beyond challenging and I learned a lot about myself.

Hood To Coast is going to be a record year. Heatwave coming in. Stoked about running my 8 miles on the highway at the peak of the temperatures.... Doubling up on some legs and praying we make it with our sanity. #hoodtocoast #van1life

Ummm... yes please!

Dear Oregon, Please go back to normal.

I miss the NFL...

This is my usual side eye I give my daughter whenever she snipes me on snapcrack.
