the biggest trap of our era is constant overstimulation weare inundated with an endless stream of information that destroys our ability to focus most daily debates are nothing more than noise designed to hijack our attention without ever producing anything of substance today, the pursuit of wisdom means ruthlessly curating what we allow into our minds taking back control of your time and cultivating silence allows you to reclaim a clarity of thought that the modern world is constantly trying to steal from you

You seriously underestimate how much you can do with time. 1 year is a fucking lifetime. 6 months is enough to go from 0 to 100. Even 1 week of full commitment 14 hours a day is enough to push the needle so far forward you won't even recognize yourself. Just do more. Just do what your heart desires. Just be better.

great style has nothing to do with clothes and everything to do with these 3 things: the man, the fit, the accessories. the man. style is confidence. how he takes a room, how he smiles. his gate, his visage, how he swings his arms. same clothes on two different men, one confident one not. one wears the clothes. the other gets worn by them. if not confident in self, doesnt matter if youre the goddamn king of earth, your clothes will not make a difference. the fit. take the nicest clothes on the planet and size them up or down one too many, and hes wearing pajamas. hand me downs. a nightgown. a cloak. the fit doesnt give a shit if the pricetag was 2 beans or 200000 beans. shoes gotta fit. the accessories. the spice in the soup. shoes, watch, jewelry, hat. this is your personal flair, this is where you dress for your crowd. a mating call of sorts. it signals your status, your interests, your hobbies, whether you like sports, whether you care. a watch for the fitness guy. a whoop for the health obsessed. rings for the man confident enough to wear them. shoes for the occasion. a hat for the team you ride for. this is the cheese, the lettuce, the tomato. noone cares about the meat, the meat is just the shorts and the pants. dont play hero ball here. just cook the meat right and move on. its everything else that makes the burger great. stop wearing gucci logo vomit slop on your tshirts. let the accessories do the talkin. if youre lost, dont know what to wear, want to dress better, remember this: wear what makes you feel good and become the kind of person who you yourself are confident in (gym, good hobbies, etc.), make sure the clothes fit, and wear basics. let your personal expression come out in the accessories. thats it!

The dumbest thing i read today
Gym is the most unproductive activity out there You spend over 500 hours a year to get a mere 5 pounds of muscle if you’re lucky After 5 years you have a nice physique but wasted 2500 productive hours which you could’ve used on making a million dollars or getting a PhD That’s why traditional approaches fail. No adult with agency can afford to invest so much with so little upside But if you train hard&smart you can end up in the same place for 1/4 of the time which is why it amazes me that guys choose to spend more than 3 hours a week in the gym

1/30 Days of Inference ⚙️ Transformers Architecture 📄 (Attention is All You Need) Transformers killed the RNN by making sequence processing 100% parallelizable. Every foundational model today owes its existence to this architecture. But while the original 2017 paper proposed an encoder-decoder pair, the modern generative AI explosion is driven almost entirely by scaling just the decoder-only portion. The entire architecture breaks into the core parts: 🔍 Self-Attention (QKV): Queries (what I'm looking for), Keys (what I have), and Values (the actual content). It calculates how much focus every token should put on every other token. 🧠 Multi-Head Attention: Running multiple QKV projections in parallel to capture different contextual relationships simultaneously. 📍 Positional Encoding: Because the model ingests everything at once (unlike RNNs), we have to mathematically inject the sequence order. ⚡ The Hardware Reality: This architecture replaces sequential processing with massive parallel matrix multiplications- perfect for GPUs. But because attention scales quadratically, memory bandwidth quickly becomes the ultimate bottleneck (we'll get into this later!) (Attached my raw notes breaking down the architecture! 👇) 📚 Highly recommended reads: • A great technical read by @viplismism on how Attention works under the hood: viplismism.github.io/2026/02… • 3Blue1Brown's Neural Networks playlist for visual intuition: youtube.com/playlist?list=PL… •@NVIDIAAIDev's blog on the Transformer model: blogs.nvidia.com/blog/what-i… Tomorrow: We'll look at the latest attention mechanisms that made Transformers more efficient for inference! #MachineLearning #Transformers #GPU #30DaysOfInference

BEING SHY MAKES YOU LOSE IN LIFE Be egoistical. Stop losing opportunities. Stop wasting your potential. No energy. No drive. Afraid. Depressed. Start living. Other people’s opinions don’t matter. Become unapologetic. Get aggressive with your life. Fulfill your mission. Focus on your interests. Confidence will become part of who you are. You weren’t born shy. Your environment forced you to be. It all comes from your childhood, where you were taught to always please others, but all this time - it was destroying everything around you.
I hate shy ppl , its a cute trait if ure young but if ure over 20 and still shy just grow up

Men get more attractive when our nervous system is regulated & we’re not living in chronic stress. Higher testosterone, deeper sleep, calmer presence, sharper focus, more confidence, dominance, drive. We’re our best version when we sleep more, slow down, spend more time in the sun, eat whole foods, lift, compete, build… Biologically we’re wired to be powerful.

Game theory pretty much proves that the long game is not a strategy most people can execute at all. That's because it tends to require a negative short-term position in exchange for a real advantage later. Most people cannot commit to this because their threat-detection system reads current loss as an existential failure. And that's vicious short-sightedness. It leads them to optimize for visible progress and sacrifice their real position. The people who constantly win rarely have better information. Instead, they accept that losing now will pay off later. Never quit a game before it starts.

One of the best productivity decisions I have made recently is to stop passively listening to music. It is utterly insane how normalized it has become to be nonstop streaming music into your head. It is a vice and should be treated as such. If you are trying to do any real thinking, which you should be doing 90%+ of the day, music will absolutely degrade your thinking process. Humans did not evolve to have rhythms blasting into their ears all day. It is scary how afraid we have become of silence; of hearing our own thoughts.

Life is a game of attention management He who directs his attention onto worthy pursuits (and sustains it) wins. He who gets his attention hijacked by trivial pursuits (and forgets himself) loses.

Do hard shit. Not because it’s fun. But because the win actually means something. You bled for it. You broke for it. You fucking earned it. Easy wins are forgettable. Hard ones change you. That’s the point.
