I've been filing tickets on your system since the 26th of last month trying to get answers on why I'm restricted and for how long.
Can you stop ignoring them please and give me answers? My requests are reasonable seeing as this isn't my fault.
2/3 Second shoutout goes to @okx who deem Banxa's actions to be acceptable, and won't take any action. And deem it acceptable for me to pay 40% in fee's for a workaround to purchase crypto. I mean, come on.... Might need to look at another exchange at this rate.
