I'm glad I got a chance to go to this human library and listen to Annabelle and Sian's talk. It's a great concept and teaches you so much about mental health and the experiences people have that others are not aware of.

Our first 'human library' took place in Dukinfield yesterday and was a huge success. The event featured talks from four 'books' - Annabelle, Jen, Maggie and Sian - who spoke openly about their personal experiences, mental health challenges and the care they received.

Still loads of debate about empty seats and where FA Cup semi finals should be. City have been to Wembley 30 times in 15 years. That's around 1 million tickets. It obviously loses its shine for semis. They need to move back to neutral grounds. And I got home at 2.30am Monday.
