There's a ton of competition amongst the trades for business in CRE. Slipping on any of these creates more work for managers, which pushes us to look for alternatives.

What's neat about being a listing agent in a seller's market is you get to see a real-time sample of the quality of work of buyer's agents – i.e., how clean and how aggressive their offers are.
The drawback? When they're sloppy, you can't tell their clients :(
