When an organization meant to protect human rights refuses to fully acknowledge the atrocities Hamas committed on October 7, it loses its moral authority. Francesca Albanese and Reem Alsalem not only failed to formally document these atrocities despite mounting evidence, but continue to deny them and publish vicious, false reports on the subject. This is exactly the hypocrisy we are fighting against at the UN.

We discussed advancing joint diplomatic initiatives at the UN and expanding cooperation in the fields of economics, technology, and innovation. We will continue working with our friends to strengthen our relationships on the international stage. Things are looking great in Latin America!

It seems that Vanessa Frazier, the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, doesn’t think it’s necessary to include Hamas’s recruitment of child soldiers in her reports. Ms. Frazier, if you can’t account for your failure to address Hamas’s crimes, how can anyone take your reports seriously?
