Great idea!

Here’s a tip: if you can’t use masks, use face paint. If everyone paints their faces green, red, or with the English flag, no one can say anything, and no one can be accused of racism. Furthermore, it makes it difficult to identify people.

If billionaires are exploiting people by underpaying them, explain this: Nurses are among the most overworked and underpaid professionals in the country Who pays them? The government Meanwhile, MPs earn around £100k a year And where does the government get its money? From taxpayers, including billionaires and the businesses they own So why is all the blame directed at billionaires, while the people controlling public spending escape scrutiny? The problem isn’t just the players. It’s the system that sets the rules Hold the system accountable, not just those operating within it

If inflation wasn't so high then we wouldn't need to keep pumping more and more funds into the state pension to keep the triple lock in place.

⚠️ A whistblower who works as a border control officer at Manchester Airport has come forward. He says there is a private terminal being used to fly in migrants. "We patrol to check nothing is untoward. There is an area we can see - but are formally prevented from entering or inspecting. Regular flights arrive there - 3 or 4 times every week. Transponders are switched off, yet they are given clearance to land using a special call sign. Passengers are not screened by us - they are processed directly by Home Office personnel. They board unmarked buses. Each flight carries 200 - 300 people. These flights arrive from the Middle East and sub‑Saharan Africa. They land between 2:00 am and 4:00 am. Government gives clearance. Unmarked buses collect passengers and leave through a hidden exit gate onto restricted roads - then merge onto motorways and vanish". Full interview: jaoc.org.uk/whistleblower-in…

This "war with Russia" narrative just doesn't make any sense, especially the position of those on the left. Russia is the birthplace of communism, something the left seem to adore. It's also the poster child for over-reaching government and the removal of free speech, both of which the left appear to want. So why are they becoming white supremacist nationalists regarding this one topic?

The "justice" system in this country is ironically unjust. The police should uphold the law, not selectively enforce it based upon the latest trendy ideology. They shouldn't get to decide which assaults (as an example) are worth investigating and which ones aren't. The police should investigate every crime, or they should investigate none of them. This is how it was since 1829 when the idea of civilian policing became a thing. It's only the last 20 or so years that it has become so radically distant from those original ideals.

All this ruckus about the state pension... If the state wants to continue to impose itself upon our lives, to disvalue the idea of family and to rid us of any accountability then yes, they can continue to pay the pensions of the elderly. Until they fuck off out of EVERY SINGLE FUCKING ASPECT OF OUR LIVES then they can go fuck themselves.

UK PM Commits Contempt Of Court On National TV? PM Andy Burnham has clearly prejudiced a potential jury against Danny Tommo suggesting he is a racist. They have done this time and again to people like @TRobinsonNewEra and others with zero repercussions. Outrageous!

Oh totally priceless! …. OFCOM (deciders of misinformation and “harmful” information) …. seem to have been engaged in a bit of Malinformation (inconvenient information that turns out to be true). 🤣 They accidentally FAILED to publish its own data showing that GB News viewers rated it more trustworthy than the BBC Trust - GB News 74% v. BBC 66% Impartiality - GB News 63% v. BBC 53% Oops … busted 💣

These new powers that the police are exercising to restrict mask wearing down south are a joke. An unfunny one at that... An inspector or above can designate an area to be mask free for 24 hours if they reasonably believe: - a protest might take place there, and - the protest involves or is likely to involve offences, and - designation is expedient to precent offences Tell me, X, what offences were committed this weekend other than the very offences this restriction imposes?

When 30 year gilts hit 5.1% under Liz Truss Keir Starmer said the government had gone “on a borrowing spree, sending mortgage rates through the roof,” accused them of tanking the economy, taking pensions “to the brink of collapse,” and pushing mortgages and bills higher. He called the episode “grotesque chaos” and a “kamikaze mini-budget,” arguing that continuing with Conservative “chaos” was the bigger risk to markets than a change of government. He urged a general election and said a Labour government with “sound money” and clear fiscal rules would restore stability. 30 year gilts have now hit 5.9% under Labour @andyburnham any comment?

The press in the UK appears to scrutinise tax CUTS far more than they do tax RISES. They always want to know how a party will pay for any cuts, but tax rises get a few low-ball questions and then they're forgotten about.

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

Good for him.
The farming industry thought Jeremy Clarkson was a tourist. The press decided he was a tax dodger. In June, Cereals, the flagship arable trade show in Britain, was held on his farm. Over 700 exhibitors. Around 25,000 people from the industry. They brought their own biggest event to his field. The tax accusation is fair enough as far as it goes. He told The Times that avoiding inheritance tax was the critical thing when he bought land, and he has never once denied it. Then he farmed it himself from 2019, badly, on camera. Cleared £144 in year one. Lost money by year six. Opened a shop and was refused a car park. Built a restaurant and got an enforcement notice with six weeks to undo it. Fought two planning appeals and lost most of them. Bought pigs and lost a litter. Went down with TB and shut the farm for seven months. Opened a pub that only serves British produce and absorbs 56p on every sausage. Left 200 acres bare this year because growing wheat was a guaranteed loss. Every bit of it filmed and broadcast to fourteen million people. Then the platform in Westminster with 13,000 farmers behind him. Permitted development rewritten in May 2024, nicknamed Clarkson's Clause. Cited twice in the House of Commons as evidence. Waitrose British sirloin up 193 percent. Agricultural degree applications climbing. And years of being called a rich prat with a Range Rover for the trouble. As a plan for quietly sheltering money, it is one of the worst ever attempted. Nobody protecting a tax break spends six years telling the country that farms make nothing, and nobody sane draws two Secretaries of State towards the exact relief he is relying on. Farmland was a shelter because it does not earn. Nothing gives you a return and a tax break at the same time. The relief existed precisely because the return did not. He bought a thousand acres for the shelter, discovered on camera why the shelter was there, and then told everybody. The industry has stopped calling him a tourist. It holds its trade shows in his field now.
